There are a lot of traders that come and go but sooner or later investors will buy and hold.
LARGE and small quantities.

Interesting here, is the pressure on CHL to settle?

Every time they need money they raise it, seemingly effortlessly and not to much at a time either.

The directors and main shareholders it would appear put up the money and get on with it.

Still maintaining the position they held at the beginning of the arbitration /dispute.

Is the pressure on GOI/ROI?

Have changed position no permits/illegal company set ups/forgery.

Have moved a main shareholder here away from govt department when there was talk of settlement talks.

Main witness (Isran Noor) and others testifying erratically to the "facts".

Testimony being struck off.Unable to supply documents,documents supplied showing the CHL position maintained.

Have stopped engaging for at least the time being in the process.

With the decision about to come out and having to make a decision to continue too defend the position or not.

I would say the pressure on GOI/ROI at present.

The decision of the tribunal will show who the pressure is truly on.

Hopefully not long to wait.

Yes patience is needed for this risk reward scenario.
I guess those that bought on T20s for quick bucks have to leave.

I wouldnt call the volume today a, "sell off" i would say the second comment is more apt, "boredom".

News is what is required, plus for me, patience. All good things are worth waiting for.

If the ROI thought documents were genuine I cannot see why they might not want to continue paying arbitration fees on time, it would be in their interests?
