Please stop philosophizing while the price heading southwards, trying to con newbies all is good when share price is depreciating. Getting their eyes off the ball.

Shares do not decline in straight lines, yesterday was up 0.5p and now the retrace is starting again.

Hope this helps

if chl lose the forgery case then somethings afoot.

I cant see why roi would have stopped engaging if its case was strong. Once the forgery case is thrown out, then its just about the compensation amount.

So according to this morning's RNS there is c. 147M shares. Call it 150M for a round figure.

Now CHL have a claim which is stated at over $1.2bn plus costs. It isn't worth that, claims are always less than what is asked for.

But even just resolving this at the equivalent of £150M is c£1 per share. £300M is £2 per share and so on.

Now those are not exact calculations. But the potential is obvious.

Glad I'm not short on this - if news of a resolution broke it would destroy anybody foolish enough to be betting on a falling share price.

As the chinese proverb goes "Everything comes to he who waits...."

I am still waiting for an answer from our "1st world" scumbag

As Stephanie does indeed have me unfiltered.

Maybe she could answer my questions.

when did she buy the shares in CHL?

why does she think she been stitched up when she bought shs after a claim was already in progress?

Does a gambling granny deserve any rewards, just because she's a granny?

why she thinks when she gambled on black and it's red, it's fouled play?
why does she want compensation money from a country she calls a third world cesspit?

Let me guess a mug who pays ADVFN for the sole purpose of moderating bears and stop the dissemination of information thinks she should be able ban way too superior individuals. Diddiegoon is from CUCKOO Land

Why not create their own CHL wannabes millionaire website instead? Clearly the likes of me are subsidizing the freeloaders like Stephanie & sien and we should have the right to ban these freeloaders’ oxygen wasters.

Flying C we also dropped like a stone after the last rns when traders noticed they had to wait another 2 weeks to know if ROI were still taking part in the arbitration proceedings.
We can either hope the next news is clearer or as you say those that wish still have the chance to top up cheaply.
We are not so far from June so I wouldnt be parting with any even though the forgery result might not be exactly June.
It could be before or after, who knows LOL

Learn from the best of the best of the best, you may have a chance.

But people like you have no chance in trying to deride me. Never.

Good luck chaps. Closed 6 derivatives position over OTC. 4 very small profit and 1 B/E & one loss, dumped at 24.25p.

I think it's next year negative impact that's killing it. No point buying now when there will be bad news in the pipeline. I am envisaging that MMS will be tapping 100p tomorrow morning triggering the stop losses. Careful.

I bought for day trade only and knew by 11.30 I should be running for exit.

Yes - I've noticed Fridays are often quieter. Don't think we'll see much today (famous last words...)

I think we'll need clear news in the next RNS to set us motoring again

Friday often quietest day of week with Indonesia closed and today many traders possibly on a short day before bank holiday festivities ?

I think you are right. For me the last two RNS re the default were as clear a "smoke signal" as you could expect that ROI know they are beaten. I'm happy to put up my feet and wait as long as it takes.

But the market being what it is, and AIM in particular, it probably will need news to stimulate the share price CHL does seem to attract a herd of day traders and gamblers on news, and in fairness I can see why - it goes up and down like the proverbial yo yo after any meaningful news.

But it will need clear news in words of few syllables to get us really motoring. Something like "ROI screwed - CHL win big" should do the trick....

No problem though - still time to pick up a few more for anybody who wants to join in the fun. Given the developments of the last fortnight or so I don't think we will have to wait months for progress now.
