I am sorry been busy on more important projects. PMO made me proud early morning :)

Let me remind everyone, CHL is going to 0p. There's still full arbitration funding costs ,if they win which I believe odds of 1000-1, they will need to go a high court, oh dear they bare can afford tea and coffee how the hell they get 10m for legal fees.

Guess what that's when Indonesia will be sending their attack dogs to shred this toothless poodle chl into pieces.

Remember this was trading at 12p 2 weeks ago.

if you just put it all together,

mysterious fire at the chl headquarters where they hold their documents

Isran Noor failing to come to the tribunal as he was the bupati incharge of issuing the license at the time

ROI not paying £200k for their share of the fees.

its quite evident they are delaying, trying to put chl into a corner and cash starve the company in accepting a low payout.

I think they only need another £3m to take take them to the conclusion of the case.

I cant see CHL lose..

Also, Andy, I don't know why you can't grasp the ICSID procedures - they are very straightforward but you keep misinterpreting them. The fact that the ROI have not paid is not a problem for CHL apart from the cash flow which has been addressed - everything else can be dealt with through ICSID and there is no problem with getting any award out of them since assets can be seized.

A couple of points which I know to be factually correct. Debbie does not trade CHL. Secondly, she's a lady, not a man.Hope this helps

To the contrary I have heard from very good sources as well as read in transcipts that the company simply has no interest whatsoever to reclaim the licenses.
Can you imagine after all the games played in arbitration for Chl staff to rock up at jakarta airport and customs..for a start!

Not sure though I am pretty sure I read that Nusantura may have started developing the mine?

may come to settlement between the parties however my view for no doubt lack of worth is still for the tribunal to hand down their award..if CHL get that far.
A good point that lack of money is a sizeable negative though if CHL win the forgery result there is no further possibility of claims by ROI...the case is done and dusted. The tribunal then to my understanding deliberate the award and instruction..otherwise no way out for CHL either. ROI will undoubtably still generate great revenue from the mine.
Another view anyway

Have a look at NCCL. Flurry of activity just started. Possible RNS?

FC,You could be right but I think the activity in early April could be down to leaks in the City. An RNS has to be lodged and that is where the leak could have occurred.Today's activity I believe is down to people printing a misleading article with the intention that it would create some activity. It did for a short while!

Ita fairly simple. Lets say ones in court and the other party fails to turn up, who do you think the judge will favour the decision with?If they had a strong case roi wouldnt have defaulted on a meagre 200k payment, they want to deal, but at cheap price.I think that Mr Noor not turning up to the tribunal gives excellent direction. The docs are not forged.. They will win that, once thats official its all about how much.. Certainly more than 27m..

pat,

On a share DISCUSSION board you have to allow both points of view.

"debbie" is a trader IMO, and therefore posts whatever is needed to support his trades, rather than honest opinion.

CHL is a pure gamble at the moment, the Indo's not paying their fee has created considerable uncertainty IMO. Where do we go from here?

If they refuse to continue with the tribunal, what can CHL do to force them to pay?

Some clarification from CHL on the possibilities from here wouldn't go amiss.

This is a situation where compensation would be granted, if its a win for Churchill. It would be untenable that CHL would be told to carry on as if nothing had happened in a 'hostile' country. Licenses back will not happen!
