16/7/2020 11:07 | Yes, very. I was expecting to have put my sell order in by now at above 1 HKD. Just have to sit tight and wait a bit longer I suppose. Does anyone know how many CLN shares there were? Maybe its still those being sold off? | littlepop
16/7/2020 07:43 | Very disappointing start on HKEX. At HK$0.560 this morning. | nick of the north
16/7/2020 07:42 | All the hassle we've gone to transfering x sweating! If only I'd just sold at 8p and bought at 5.6, or maybe lower, on HK! Hindsight! | trusty
15/7/2020 10:59 | Got to be the CLN holders. No ex AIM holders can trade, no IPO subscribers at 0.98 will be selling at a loss on Day 1, no Directors will be selling Who can blame them? Will be interesting to see what selling activity there is from those who have bought today at 0.70 as and when the price starts to increase | doyourresearch
15/7/2020 08:04 | maybe the convertible bond holders selling out - their stock was issued at 49c | catscats
15/7/2020 08:03 | already trading - down 30% at 68c - so not so good | catscats
14/7/2020 21:01 | Interested to see the opening price tomorrow on HK exchange. Stock code 1156, trading at 9am UK time. | nick of the north
14/7/2020 16:26 | Doesn't the repetition of the exact, very odd prices mean anything to you? Those are rollover trades, mate. | obarmoth
14/7/2020 16:16 | Funny i see about 21 sells from 11.30 am on wards, are they the no-one's | dubian99
14/7/2020 16:01 | The point is, dubian99. they won't 'rob' it. No-one is going to sell at that price. | obarmoth
14/7/2020 15:23 | Anyone who thinks they can't or won't flip the stock they rob for 3.5p in HK is an idiot, the co have £20m cash ffs | dubian99
14/7/2020 14:25 | HL state: " If you do not wish to hold the Shares after the AIM delisting you must sell them before our deadline of 4:30pm on Thursday 9 July 2020. If you continue to hold your Shares after 9 July we will need to hold the Shares on your behalf in Hong Kong with our global custodian, HSBC. For more details on how your Shares will be held and traded following the delisting from AIM please see the Appendix to this message." | cchhcc
14/7/2020 14:08 | I've had a message from IG saying I need to sell by 4pm today. Anyone else in this situation? | ponywilliam
14/7/2020 13:23 | I thought the whole idea of being an institution/mm desk in the city is you don't have to conduct transactions like a retail punter using AJ Bell for goodness sake, if they can short stock etc they don't have i'd expect they are sophisticated enough to sell stock through intermediaries more efficiently and quicker than pi's several weeks, jmo i'd be an idiot to think they can't | dubian99
14/7/2020 13:04 | MMs holding CNEL at close of play today will be forced to wait several weeks to sell their converted HKEX position. No MM is up for that so they just set the spread at ridiculous levels to stop any buy/sell activity I wonder if all UK converted holders of HKEX stock will be notified that their new shares are available to sell at the same time or will some brokers be able to act quicker than others? | doyourresearch
14/7/2020 12:55 | How are they or anyone unable to buy stock at 6p and not sell it or any surplus in HK | dubian99
14/7/2020 12:10 | Not really a destabilisation attempt, it's quite simple - the MMs simply don't want to take on board any stock at all as they can't easily shift it on the Hang Seng. Hence they've set prices for the bid and offer at which no-one in their right minds would either sell or buy. | obarmoth
14/7/2020 11:38 | 2.98 to sell 15.06 to buy on Spreadex, done a screen capture in case i can't believe it, 500% spread | dubian99
14/7/2020 11:26 | Could the share price distortion / manipulation de-stabilize the HK market, they've done a good job of sabotaging this one | dubian99
14/7/2020 11:07 | Anyone who has a spreadbet thinking they can sell today or in HK (their trade would be carried over) has been screwed on purpose with the ludicrous sell price and probably had their trade closed out .. at a LOSS !! funny that eh | dubian99
14/7/2020 09:55 | so 10.2p and debt paid off, last day on AIM thank fully and market makers want no dealings looking at the spread. Good riddance to AIM and hello Hang Seng | jstevens74
13/7/2020 15:07 | I was concerned that existing Aim shares would not rank 1:1 with new HK listed shares, but HL have confirmed today it is a straight transfer of the same number of shares, so I am expecting an increase in value as above. There were posts earlier suggesting the offer had been oversubscribed, so presumably the price will be at the top end of the range. According to HL it may take a couple of weeks before you can sell through them though. | littlepop
13/7/2020 14:19 | The IPO is not HKD1.28; it is a range from HKD0.98 to HKD1.28. It depends on what bids the company gets for the IPO shares Current bid on AIM is HKD0.75 so the IPO premium will be 31%-71% I suspect it will be towards the upper end of this range. Talking to friends in HK there is a lot of hot money chasing investment opportunities there. It will be interesting to see where it goes in the first few days. It sounds like most ex-AIM shareholders in the HK company will not be able to sell until some time after the IPO so the only selling activity will be those who subscribed for the IPO (as Directors will not be selling). Logic suggests that they won't sell unless at a premium to the IPO price | doyourresearch |
