I think a company like CNEL could be regarded as being in the Chinese state E10 green renewable essential's bracket, this isn't a frivolous gaming app company or fashion brand, maybe the reason this has had no promotion on AIM by the company is they have always earmarked getting this listed in HK once the business was established, it's not as if they have courted publicity or private investors,,
They haven't even concerned themselves with news flow or PR in the last 6 months to get the share price somewhere near the listing share price or valuation,
they must want to just get shot of AIM and you'd then expect they have organised the backing to do so

i'm hodling for the HSE launch and beyond...it must be worth double the share price at the moment on their side of the world...I can wait for these returns..

very low volume today. I suspect only a few platforms are allowing buys, I managed a small top up at 6.4 via Hargreaves Lansdown, I am prepared for the 4-8 week wait

I'm now beginning to wonder if there is any guarantee that existing LSE shares will have parity with shares in the offer and whether any new shares are going to be issued, resulting in dilution for UK shareholders.

That’s is true however it has given an opportunity to top up cheaply or to be able to buy in nearly 50% cheaper than HK ipo if you can put up with the 4-8 week wait and increased cost of selling

Have we got a straight market here, every broker allowing or implementing sells but only a few still listing the stock if you want to buy, fair enough, but how is the mkt and buy side functioning properly when leaving AIM hasn't even been declared, this dysfunction has helped drop the share price 50% ffs, and is starting to stink

HSE and China markets moving 4 - 6% higher will only make the 10 - 13p range seem meek running up to the listing now...

And here's another thing, Price Waterhouse Cooper and the HKSE have gone through this company's valuations and merit to the nth degree, profits, revenue, cash, projections to serve a value on it, 10p-13p minimum so if by some quirk they don't get listed there will be no justification for the mm's here to try chucking it back to 4-5p or find punters to trade at warped prices,
they are already pulling strokes 7.5p with this volume
