Well here's some facts to trust, China is the world leader in renewable energy, and has the biggest green sustainability blueprint for the future of any nation,

And according to the CIC Report, CNEL ranked the second in terms of revenue with a market share of 8.4%, in the ethanol production system industry in the PRC in 2017.

CNEL completed 36, 20 and 27 technology integrated service projects for the three years ended 31 December 2018, respectively. As at 31 December 2018, the aggregate contract value (exclusive of VAT) of our service contracts in our backlog was RMB329.6 million. £36m

Like any AIM company they could be engaging the mkt with project news, updates, or even interviews,
Then punters might see a tangible reason, and normal share price traction, to 11p,

and if that normal AIM PR practice took place they wouldn't need to be toying around with a Hong Kong list anyway, oxymorons

If punters have to pay equivalent of 11p for fundraise in HK market listing - when the stock is 3p offered in UK, then why not buy (some) now and make a killing. I expect there are no punters prepared to pay 11p and that is why they can't list. CL note extended to May so they have a 4-5 month window to get this share price up...and the HK listing complete. reasonable comments about the business in the RNS. Should rise in my view in next few months....well i hope it does...

Lack of chatter here is interesting. Currently price is 3p. If this successfully lists on HKEX the MINIMUM price they can list is about 11p (HKD500m market cap minimum). They've funded this listing by issuing £1m of CLNs at 4.7p to what is presumably a HK financier. Notes secured personally by Directors

Transactional play. It lists, price is 11p minimum.If company issues anything re successful acceptance of the prospectus expect the gap to fill quickly

I presume all the other shareholders using the HGL platform got their corporate action notice today abd voted in favour of the HEX listing? HGL are using HSBC as third party broker for HEX trades which will be telephone only trades.CNEL are allowed until 17th January to get the raise and listing (3 months from the resolution date of 17th October).

Is that not a breach of market regs then? Surely they have to release price sensitive news? There again, the Chinese can be a law unto themselves.
