The JORC is coming out in a few weeks yes, that is correct.

The co said Q1 2013 so anytime between now and end March.

Knigel .. i like boring research threads .. the stocks tend to steadily & oh so boringly climb higher. It matters not here to me .. I'm running mainly free shares here so, if traders want to punt it higher that's fine by me but, i still believe there will be a fundraising at some point on this one .. that's the whole point of a JORC

My broker tipped CAF to me and i'm planning to take a position on payday. Previously he tipped Wres to me (at 0.35) and Magp (at 1.06) so i have a lot of faith in him and he reckon BIG anmouncement due in the next few weeks (up to a month). Well done Lodan on getting in so early! :D

Also would a placing be a negative? As long as it was close to current share price and would enhance shareholder value in the long term - fine by me. GL

We may not need a placing considering who owns the 90% of shares.

40p was 'ground floor' according to them so it'll be above that price worst case anyway.

Don't rule out other assets being put in here either : ))
