When the largest exploration outfit in china engages with a tiny aim business and looks to create a global resource company, you dont expect a mkt capitalisation of £6mill.

But the markets at the moment have given us this opportunity. Few people will take it right now. But that is unfortunate.

if berg aukas feasibility in line with £37mill annual ebitda, then 3x ebitda would be £110mill or £5 per share ie 20x current price.

discount for mine funding, but ece who own 65% of CAF would be able to provide debt finance so risk lower there. add to that the fact once feas study done at berg aukas they have stated intention to get on with other things as well. this is just the start.

personally gunning for £2.50 per share, a ten bagger

Here is the summary of what the CAF intends to do, taken from the company presentation on their website:

• CAR is strategically important to both of its shareholders, ECE
and Weatherly
• Berg Aukas is a strong project and a good foundation.....but
only the beginning
• It is anticipated that CAR will consolidate other assets
belonging to the two main shareholders and will be the vehicle
to achieve ECE's stated objectives of becoming a global
resource company

Reminder - current CAF market capitalisation just £5.7mill.
