From Rod Webster,s presentation at Minesite last year, I think they were looking at $60mill ebitda per annum from Berg Aukas.

Assuming 3x ebitda valuation would be £112mill or £4.86 per share (21x current share price). 2x ebitda its £3.23 per share. This is all from their first project Berg Aukas and is subject to confirmation in the feasibility study due shortly.

Then, they intend turning CAF into a "global resource company".

£5mill company capitalisation right now. But here are their plans from launch presentation (on their website)

CAR is strategically important to both of its shareholders, ECE
and Weatherly

only the beginning
• It is anticipated that CAR will consolidate other assets
belonging to the two main shareholders and will be the vehicle
to achieve ECE's stated objectives of becoming a global

Best to buy on a red day imo. Let the muppets sell out and then take their stock off them. MM's will want a flat book so they will slaughter the share price if they get any decent sized sells, that is when we move in : )

Otherwise, happy with what I have for now : )

Would make sense to do so i think. The share is tight, tbat much we know with only 23mill shares in issue and 21mill held by east china explration and weatherly.

But the first project berg auas exploration assays due soon and they have already confirmed mineralisation seen. Then the feasibility study due byyear end and that should deliver a major share price move again if the study bears out what the ceo said at minesite ast year.

Market capitalisation is £5mill with £2.5 mill in cash. Very cheap based on current fundamentals and even more so when you realse east china are using caf as their vehicle to build a major resources business.

I thinkyour £1 target Chrustianf12 is way understated for what this business may achieve.

disarming, 25k buy through there. Best time to build a position is when the stock is unheard of. I wouldn't like to try and buy these as the newsflow starts : )

There is an element of patience required here, but even with todays spike the rise this week has been pretty solid.

The stock is so damn tight and with the size of the free float will obviously remain so.

We just have to buy and wait for the wider market to pick up on the significance of this investment.

Probably should explain one piece of data. CEO Rod Webster states I think that from Berg Aukas could be generating $60mill EBITDA per annum when in production, based on historical data and recent metal prices.

Assuming 0.62 translation to the £ gives £37.2mill EBITDA, and if we assumes the company would be valued at 4x EBITDA gives £148.8mill valuation or £6.47 per share.

This of course assumes the mine would be funded by say East China Exploration through construct/offtake or debt instrument.

So that would amount to a 26x uplift from current share price, or 19x at 3x EBITDA.

The key thing to note is that this is the first project, and it appears from the presentation that additional projects will be brought into the company, probably when the feasibility for Berg Aukas is complete. This is scheduled to complete by the end of this year.

So there is a real opportunity at the moment to buy in before the newsflow and before things really kick start.
