Interesting news. A good way for Poly to buy in then takeover if it suits them before too much value is added, but being along for the ride giving them all the info they need. Shows confidence but should also be reflected in the share price

POLY would not be getting involved unless the prospects and growth potential were very big . They just would not bother . It’s an incredible development and vote of confidence for Chesterfield and it’s prospects which seem to be company making .

Yes it's huge news, the price of the stake is largely irrelevant, it's a massive vote of confidence for a company with a current tiny market capitalisation of only 7.5 million to have a FTSE 100 company behind it! My only concern would be the next step could be a full takeover at a price too low!

Should still only have circa 100m shares in issue with a big cash pile and a huge partner. It's a right coup when you think about it.

I think the rise from 2p to 10p means a lot of expectation is already built in, but just a couple of solid assay results will remove a lot of risk and leave us with no doubt that success will be ours, and a new mining company has been made.

15p easily.

30-50p very possible!
