Is the Polymetal 22.5% Stake a pre-requisite to a full buyout?

I really don't get why anyone would sell any of these now.

The idea of derisking is to sell some before news, in case said news was bad, but today's news is very good and it more or less tells us that the assay results will be good, so why derisk at this stage?

When we get the assay results there will be a stampede, which will make 13p look ridiculous.

We know that the AMT news proves connectivity, and we know that this news will be given as the driver for POLYMETAL buying a stake. What we don't yet know is the grades of ths continuous mineralization.

Ihey must think we are thick. Since when has a 20m thick VMS not been continuous over many hundred meters?
It would be very odd if it wasn't!

So, the only thing remaining to launch this into the stratosphere is the assay results and grades!

What's the chances of them being duds?

😁

Will there be more news to push this up further or will it be off the back of today's rise and if so when? If EUA come good in time I'll be looking for a new home for the funds? Cheers

I assume the 400k is mostly for the survey this winter to double down on what we have found on the percussion drilling, amt and diamond drilling and then next drilling season pepper the best areas with several months worth of drilling.
Spot on someuwin and is that because of the gold potential as well as the copper I wonder 😉

Polymetal had the pick of any small-cap copper explorer they wanted for their copper exposure. They chose CHF. That tells you everything you need to know!

"Polymetal is one of the ten largest gold mining companies in the world with a market capitalisation of approximately GBP7.4 billion."

This is fantastic news. Tiny mkt cap should be valued around 40-50mil, and no doubt as this catches on and gains attention we will quickly shoot up to those levels.A no brainer.

Cant give a price to today RNS but I feel that more interests will come from other businesses and if the result comes as I feel soon and should be good than I feel the company's going to be brought up around 75p,

Maybe other majors will take stakes?

No reason to think that the POLYMETAL investment is exclusive. If I were BHP or RIO I'd be asking for a similar deal.

I certainly don't believe that this is the last corporate action we'll see here, it is merely that POLYMETAL were first to react.
