04/5/2021 18:45 | Think it’s time to call a halt on aau discussion, this is Chf board | pranchalee
04/5/2021 18:31 | I think Salinbas and the other three prospects in the Hot Gold Corridor north of Hot Maden are Ariana's best licences, but as you say time will tell. I believe there is strong excitement about Cyprus but too early to be sure how good it will turn out. With the likelihood of another interest in Eastern Europe and a second mine at Tavsan (3rd at Salinbas) Ariana has so much more diversification. | plasybryn
04/5/2021 17:11 | I knew you'd bite at that one lol | excellance
04/5/2021 16:42 | It remains to be seen which licenses are best, which is why I said "arguably the best" leaving that question to be answered over time by the drill bit. I'd rather have poly with 22.5% as a partner than AAU with 50%. Still, it's a good deal for AAU, it is probably their best asset. 8) | excellance
04/5/2021 12:02 | How do you figure that then excellance, I am all ears. How do you know they are the best? Venus have 100% of their licences and AAU are earning by paying in money for explo, isn't that for all intents and purposes what POLY are doing? | soulsauce
04/5/2021 11:55 | Venus have the only booked copper/gold resource in Cyprus, and AAU will earn into 50% of their licenses after spending $2m, which they are in the process of doing now. However, CHF have 100% of their licenses, and arguably the most and best licenses in Cyprus, and are backed by various Canadian HNW investors and Polymetal of Russia. | excellance
04/5/2021 10:09 | wassailer: post3205 "Those results are OK but they are nowhere near the scale of bulk tonnage and value that CHF are seeking". Not sure if that is right or based on what? But am I right that it is only AAU via Venus Minerals who already have a Copper Resource in Cyprus? Drilling programme planned at Magellan during Q2. | plasybryn
04/5/2021 07:39 | Newly listed Caerus just inked a nice jv deal with jlp to jv their tailings projects on Cyprus looks like things are hotting up and just a matter of time before projects start getting scoped out and built | catsick

30/4/2021 16:55 | What now?? | soulsauce
30/4/2021 16:52 | Nice to see the sellers help us move up | pranchalee
30/4/2021 16:21 | That's what the letter says, "decision has been made". As I said a few months ago, we can grow the company by increasing the value of our shares, or we can increase the number of shares. Since we have no money, any acquisition will be an all share deal, could even be a RTO of a larger private company. | excellance
30/4/2021 16:00 | Acquisition on its way by the looks of it | pranchalee
30/4/2021 15:55 | Salinbas is porphyry i.e. large and low grade. VMS is the opposite, small and high grade. Nothing wrong with either of these but you can't really directly compare them. | mattybuoy
30/4/2021 10:33 | LOL, you obviously don't know the size of Salinbas then wassapper. It will dwarf anything CHF can currently dream of. It now has 23% of the only resource in Cyprus. And strip out the $30m cash it is as cheap as chips. But as you say that is for the AAU thread. | soulsauce
30/4/2021 10:17 | Nothing I can do to stop that but I would make a couple of points having just looked at AAU for the first tme in about 20 years :-) First, the results this week appear to be about Turkey which has no relevance to the arguments about who is doing what in Cyprus which we are all interested in. Those results are OK but they are nowhere near the scale of bulk tonnage and value that CHF are seeking. Second, and I am not knocking AAU, the CHF share price appears to have out performed AUU quite significantly over the period from the covid lows of April 2020. I know, or knew Kerim, back in the day when he was a young geo. He's done well, but I don't think that you can compare the ambitions of CHF with those of AAU. I stand by for arguments and correction, but my main point is that dsicussion of AAU on here is only relevant if talking about what is happenning in Cyprus. The rest is AAU core business and has no relevance here. Just ignore Ex's stupid comments about AAU and ramping of RMM whose share price performance is woeful unless you started to hold since late 2020. | wassapper
29/4/2021 20:15 | I susspect Soulsauce and I, both invested in aau, simply want to correct Excellance’s incoherent and completely false codswallop which he sometimes spouts out on this board about aau. When he stops doing that, we will stop correcting him. Simples. As for Chesterfield, I have a significant but smaller interest in them and it is good to see the share price rising and will do further as the drilling results get nearer, hopefully with copper and gold continuing north in unison. | pharmoutcomeszzz
29/4/2021 17:03 | But this is the CHF board. Good for AAU but it is not CHF despite Ex wanting to discuss it and RMM here all the time. | wassapper
29/4/2021 16:27 | No why would you, AAU reported finding a mean average of $35m of gold and silver today from a small part of it's Arzu licence. It just keeps on giving. | soulsauce
29/4/2021 16:06 | and many of us don't give a flying about :-) | wassapper
29/4/2021 15:40 | May rise again today. AAU finally above 5p, which many of you will be delighted about. | excellance
29/4/2021 14:11 | Ex is always happy to provide "liquidity" to the market :-) | wassapper
29/4/2021 13:33 | Happy to take your shares off you,must be a buyer about | pranchalee |
