Plas - it might be in NATO in name but has forfeited it's place morally by buying Russsian missile systems (and much more than we can't talk about on here). The southern flank was always the most dodgy. No one ever expected the Turks to hit back at Russia. Look at history.

I wouldn't invest in Spain either, or South Africa, both are great for holidays.

Well 1.3m British tourist enjoy holidays in Cyprus (2019) and 2.3m in Turkey (2019). I can't imagine British people feeling the same about holidaying in some of the other locations mentioned. In fact c. 34,000 British people live in Turkey buying houses there. Turkey is a modern country with amazing Cities and infrastructure. It has the second lowest debt to GDP after Germany in Europe. It is part of NATO and incredibly rich in gold, silver and many other commodities. It is of course highly important to Europe given its strategic location.

Wtf are you on about? When have I mentioned anything wrong with my investment here or the polymetal investment or Russia?
What I am saying is you are having a dig at Turkey even though they have sway over half of Cyprus.
Even by your standards that is moronic.

And once again I will remind you, you started a thread for Aau less than 18months ago when Erdogan was in charge and in the middle of roughing the Kurds up.

If you can't win an argument make something up. You're an idiot excellance.

I dunno, maybe you're not very pleased about russian mining company polymetal buying a 22% stake in us. Maybe you should reconsider your investment here, or your Russiaphobic views?

Are you telling me that Turkey under Erdogan is a good investment choice?

And a disputed and divided Cyprus is worse than Russia?

There are a few places I wouldn't touch, and that includes large parts of Africa, the middle East, and Turkey...and Antarctica.

A veiled jab at Aau, pathetic. You are that bright that you posted that even though Turkey have jurisdiction over half of Cyprus and the likely flash point of any conflict in the future would likely be Cyprus.
Try harder excellance ffs.

They could buy EUA if they've got £5 billion stashed away somewhere.

Good webinar. 30 attendees apparently. Martin did most of the talking which was well structured and argued. I asked the frist question but he waffled about the share price action and didn't let Neil O'Brien talk much.

I still feel that this is a very good company to be invested in at a bottom drawer price. A good flow of news over the coming weeks and through the summer (diamond drill results).

They are actively looking at aquisitions. I did suggest AYM to them. Cheeky but so what? :-)

It will be nice to see this back firmly into double figures again.

Very strange.

A 500,000 trade at 10.50p which must be a buy, yet the share price remains stubbornly soft, hardly a ripple.
