Just overlayed NASDAQ:LECO with CHTR.
CHTR looks set for a return to 1000.

I read the TS in full. It's a positive one, but not positive enough for share price to rise in the current market (which is very unforgiving).

quickmind, maybe you're not reading to the end of the statement. There's this bit, which gives me some confidence that they expect to meet forecasts.

The Board remains confident in respect of the outcome for 2007 and anticipates
further progress in 2008.

Reanding the TS, one can not know whether the FY results are going to be "above", "in line with" or "below" Market Expectations. I doubt the current market sentiment can live with such vagueness.

Read it and can not seem to find a negative at all.The price is down 40pc on just market whispers.They have great world wide presence in all the markets and will not be duly effected by any US turndown.On a pe of 8.9 it is great value.

Sh't these are difficult markets. Unfortunately, had to close out this morning (-10)as CHTR always get's a good smacking when the general market is weak. Not risking buying ahead of tomorrow either as I've lost a bit of bottle in these crazy times. Will read with interest and with my feet up... rather than having the bedpan at arm's reach.

I can only assume from the share price that the markets think we have a profits warning here tommorrow.Will wait and watch for now.

Edit the year has now finished,well nearly so unless it has just happened the market should have informed before now.Maybe it will look ok or is it any company with any us businesses can forget it.

Volvo, just playing the market atm. Think this is due a reality check that's all.

Also, it's not AHT - just compare the debt situation. Happy with my trade today, will sell on Tuesday probably. Hand to mouth existence I agree.

Pre-close trading update on Tuesday. Interim results had a positive outlook with a divi promised for end Dec if markets and trading remained broadly in-line. Tempted for a short-term bet that trading will be fine. Certainly looking very cheap imo. Such a manipulated share though I'm half expecting another shake before Tuesday. Today would seem to be a good buying opportunity though. Any views?

must be getting shorted this - now a sub 10 pe i think and possibly 50% upside to get back to £12 ! 18th dec trading statement - can't come quick enough. directors buying in £9's just recently, positive brokers etc - is this completely overdone - i hope so.

Its 30% and falling, the company should have come to market and made some reassuring noises, absolutely crazy!
