03/1/2007 12:21 | Thanks doubleorquits , good info. just topped up at 9.09 with a few quid I had spare from this years bonus. Lets hope it can stay above the 900 level with this recent news. -MS | mark smith
03/1/2007 10:40 | Bridgewell initiate coverage today with an overweight stance and a price target of 1050p. "In a note to clients, the broker said potential Charter investors should not let the groups stellar share price performance put them off. Despite the ascent, the shares remain inexpensive versus the UK sector, and the broker sees plenty of scope for further forecast upgrades, it added." | doubleorquits
31/12/2006 18:35 | Usually, if an share price breaks out, then the longer the wait, the harder the bounce... Patience, I have lots of... CHTR, I have lots of......! A properous N/Y 2 U all. | napoleon 14th
29/12/2006 09:41 | nice push for the end of year | cambium
28/12/2006 14:39 | We've already been at this level for 6 months. Last year we got a trading update in November and then FY results in March. If a previous poster was correct that he called the company and they are not planning to release a trading update this time round, then we are potentially going to have to wait 3 months for the next set of news that can move the share price So far we have had one broker note and that was 'neutral'. It is still very cheap on the fundy side, but perhaps the market is looking for confirmation after the low manufacturing Philly numbers in the States. Patience required with this one. A LOT of patience.. A break of 900p would help a lot | intrinsic value
28/12/2006 13:52 | Any upward movement the sellers come in. I think we are going to be around the levels for a while.... | c3jns
22/12/2006 17:30 | c3jns: But that's the whole point, there have been many positive things said about this share but the share price only benefits for about half an hour then it just sinks back from where it started from. Joycey: Did you hear what happened to COST a few days ago? Everything was fine & dandy and it was even tipped in the old I.C. on the Friday and then bish bosh it issued a profit warning on the following Monday - it went from a hot tip to a recovery play in one working day - is that a record or what? | nephin
22/12/2006 13:03 | half hour to go and I bet it finishes bang on £8.95 :o) | spacemoggy
22/12/2006 11:57 | half hour to go and I bet it finishes bang on £8.95 :o) | cambium
22/12/2006 10:43 | i think if anything bad was on the horizon we'd probably know about it by now. but who knows. hoping for 900+ close today. | joycey2
22/12/2006 10:40 | Nephin Totally agree with what your saying but if anything is said positive this baby will go big time..... | c3jns
21/12/2006 17:28 | I have seven shares in my portfolio and every one of then behave in a logical manner - except this one, there is something very wrong with this share - I don't know what it is but it seems to be manipulated at every turn. I have never sold a share yet because it was scary but this is coming close to it (what would happen if it ever issued a negative statement - would it tank down to sub 600 in a few minutes - don't scoff, it could happen) | nephin
21/12/2006 11:05 | Be grateful and grab the opportunity...(At the right "cheek"...) | gaean0
21/12/2006 11:01 | Man, this share is hard work. That's a 2% dip on zero volume. I am guessing the MMs are shaking to fill a buy order but we will not know til later. | intrinsic value
20/12/2006 17:08 | yeah a nice day indeed, would like to see 900 hold tomorrow and then maybe we can form a base at the level before we kick on to 950-1000. Shame no news, but if things weren't going as well previously thought then I would have expected to have definiately seen a trading update. KLR, CKSN also issued decent statements recently so no reason to have any negative vibes. Steady as she goes. | joycey2
20/12/2006 16:49 | I'm very happy with that at least we held 900......... | c3jns
20/12/2006 16:15 | Would be very bullish for tomorrow if we can finish on an intraday high.. | c3jns
20/12/2006 16:12 | Giddyup! :-) A 3.5% rise to an intraday high on no news. Something's up.. | intrinsic value
20/12/2006 12:28 | I've just been down the shops and lo & behold the festive angel has sprinkled CHTR with star dust and we are through the bogey barrier - onwards & upwards please! | nephin
20/12/2006 12:16 | I think a few people had these on there watch list a big pick up in buying volume when we went through 900 hense the big spike up. Hope we can hold on to these levels for the rest of the day.....Chart looks very good! | c3jns
20/12/2006 12:07 | Would be nice if it sustains this level. Looks to have all the signs of having broken out of its trading range.. | intrinsic value
20/12/2006 12:02 | Like a champagne cork popping! Now we have to see if it holds til the close. | lizafl |
