20/4/2020 20:35 | Invisage Oil finished -$37 because no one wanted to take delivery | ![]() chestnuts
20/4/2020 19:06 | Yes it Is possible they will short it but bear in mind Opec+ is cutting alot of supply from the market on May 1st so I would expect June to be stronger than May and that is why you have such a large spread between the contracts. | ![]() invisage
20/4/2020 19:04 | So do you not think they wont short oil tomorrow, Lockdown in USA wont lift till end of May if Lucky , Their will be no holidays as people wont be able to get insurance and when you land if you can get a flight you will probably do 14 days in quarantine so oil will fall again | ![]() chestnuts
20/4/2020 18:40 | May contract expires tomorrow.....June expires in a months time....lockdowns should ease so more demand for Oil in June vs May would be the logic...…. Currently no where to store May Oil so producers may end up paying people to take the Oil of them. | ![]() invisage
20/4/2020 18:34 | Invisage I understand why oil is $5 now on pure supply and demand what i dont understand is why the June future is $23 for tomorrow , now you wouldnt roll your position over after shorting it down to $5 | ![]() chestnuts
20/4/2020 18:26 | Oil market not confused Chestnuts...Simply there is too much oil and no demand due to Virus.....no one is driving or flying...and there is no where to store the Oil being pumped out... Countries will come out of lockdown...demand will come back.....all this Oil will come of the market in about a year.....in the meantime loads of Rigs taken off the markets so less drilling happening... Longer term this stores up issues and the price will move higher...I think certain oil producers are good plays... PHAR has hedged their 1H production around $60 and parts of Oil is hedged in 2H . According to ADVFN Tangible NAV per share of PHAR is 91.5p but the share price is 15p I think like SQZ we will see a huge recovery in this stock over the next 1-2 years. Was hoping you and Ando could look at PHAR chart? Do you see a decent recovery in PHAR? thanks | ![]() invisage

19/4/2020 14:29 | Modern Water (MWG) currently market cap £5m at 1.05p: MWG must be worth over 20p again, with increased demand for their water testing technologies and reagents to detect contaminants, bacteria and viruses, especially with Covid-19 now being found in human sewage before symptoms appear in people, so a means to identify outbreaks and monitor spread/scale, as well as to protect the environment and drinking water. From a recent broker note: "Operating in an area of high international growth, its consumable reagents have historically enjoyed gross margins as high as 83%. Today’s news confirms not only that its current products and services might ideally position it to assist in immediate detection and monitoring requirements related to the COVID-19 pandemic, but also recognises the urgent need for more permanent and rigorous ‘early warning’ contamination detection programmes that are likely to be specified by international governments going forward. This could provide a major new, long-term source of ongoing demand for Modern Water, which will be supported by the option it has already negotiated with Integumen to co-develop bolt-on real-time detection of contamination in water using the Rinocloud AI bacterial and viral infection tests along with its RAWTest AI solution. Presenting cross-selling opportunities across the two companies’ respective sales, marketing and distribution channels, its recent participation in the Integumen-led ecowaterOS consortium also recognises the urgent international need for an end-to-end water contamination, detection and decontamination provider network, that offers the ability to provide customers with real-time monitoring solutions. Altogether, recent news reflects the new dynamism that has been injected into the Company through its recent reorganisation, both in terms of ambition, product offering and customer targeting." | ![]() city chappy
