21/5/2020 17:12 | I am surprised by arrogance of casual47, totally disrespectful of Chaarat minor shareholders (they can't decide anything says this user) and simultaneously a faithful advocate of "Mr Wyile" and "Mr A.". Casual47, I believe you're providing a disservice to minor shareholders of CHG and to the company in general and those who hired you, should get rid of you as soon as possible. Chaarat even at its current level and with allegations regarding Lydian's "takeover" deserves knowledgable and insightful discussions, not the type of idle copy pastes, arrogance and insider info dissemination we observe from you. | maisonj
21/5/2020 17:08 | Is this not roughly the same post as Bhunt2 posted a week or so ago? Can the recriminations not wait until there is something to recriminate? | jc2706
21/5/2020 16:25 | Blah blah blah Unintelligible claptrap. Good luck getting anywhere by posting this brain fart of yours across a gazillion bulletin boards. | casual47
21/5/2020 14:57 | New interview on proactive with Artem. | fishhead1
21/5/2020 14:16 | Hardly impressive . Where is all the hype of 2 years ago | juju44
21/5/2020 14:01 | Thought today’s figures were great. Everything Up except AISC which we want Down - brilliant. Was surprised to read the word ‘delay’ and about the higher grades being elusive as don’t need any negative words. Perhaps they promised better grade ore this quarter? Anyhow, 1% - 2% per day ain’t bad compared to the same per year in a saving’s account | 2pablo
21/5/2020 13:55 | Wilmot, yeah everyday virtually we get 2% roughly. Mm’s rule Aim, nearly all shares. They decide the opening and that usually sets the ball park for the day. Not particularly CGH, almost every Aim share. Mgmt are particularly quiet most likely Amulsar considerations | 2pablo
21/5/2020 12:24 | I have to agree. No director buying for a while also. MM seem happy to walk the share up very gradually on minimal volume. | wilmot666
21/5/2020 11:49 | No conf call for the Q1. I have the feeling that they are sitting on something....they've been very tight-lipped this month. | casual47
21/5/2020 11:45 | It was Norges Bank (or at least most of the 15m was) Proposal Elect Gordon Wylie as Director Vote rationale: Board decisions that are particularly vulnerable to conflicts of interest should have additional safeguards. Management should not serve on the audit or remuneration committees. The audit committee should have a majority of independent, shareholder-elected members. Mgt rec: For Vote: Against | casual47
21/5/2020 10:40 | Steady as she goes. | jc2706
21/5/2020 07:27 | Operational/Producti Reads well re. Covid and all production kpi's improved | 2pablo
20/5/2020 16:26 | It will be interesting to see their reasons for doing so. I could hazard a guess that the word 'Lydian' may be involved but that would be pure speculation. | jc2706
20/5/2020 15:55 | Re-election of Gordon Wylie as a director 224,440,651 for 15,653,750 against The 15,653,750 includes the 90,750 from the PI. So 15,473,000 from one (or more) A.N. Other. The 224,440,651 includes Mr A's 208,658,438 so that leaves 15,782,213. If we assume all directors (excl Mr.A) voted for then that leaves 7,924,732, which wouldn't be enough to cover Norges Bank's holding. So if Norges Bank voted it seems likely they voted against Mr Wylie | casual47
20/5/2020 15:39 | It's about the right size for Norges bank's holding. They always (try to) vote at AGM and they always publish their voting instructions plus reason why they vote against. "We publish our voting instructions one business day after the shareholder meeting. In cases where we vote against the board’s recommendation, we provide an explanation." Could be interesting if it was them. | casual47
20/5/2020 15:30 | Looks like someone with a chunky holding of 15m shares took the hump with Mr Wylie. Just under 3% so no telling who it might be. | casual47
20/5/2020 11:33 | The Q1 operational results are overdue by about a month. If it takes any longer might as well just bundle them into a H1 update... | casual47
19/5/2020 13:23 | If there was going to be an operational results RNS with conference I would expect them to make it a public free for all dial-in. | casual47
19/5/2020 13:15 | Maybe you're right, it does seem that although there is a dial-in option for the AGM that it will not be a public one in the sense that anyone can dial in - seems you need to ask for it: "Given the current UK Government restrictions, the Board will put in place a dial-in facility for shareholders to listen to the AGM proceedings. Shareholders (or their duly appointed proxies or corporate representatives) wishing to dial-in to the meeting should please email the company secretary using the following email address: company.secretary@ch In addition, shareholders are encouraged to submit questions, at least seven days prior to the date of the AGM, to the company secretary using the following email address: company.secretary@ch The Company will endeavour to publish these questions and the Company’s responses on the Company’s website (www.chaarat.com) as soon as practicable after the AGM." | casual47
19/5/2020 13:09 | We don't usually get an AGM statement as such though I don't think, so other news besides 'all motions passed' could be any day | 2pablo
19/5/2020 13:05 | Am still expecting news re. the "up to $5m" convertible at 26p portion of the $17m loan and the "pay $5m by 30 May to extend maturation deadline to March 2020" It strikes me as no coincidence that $5m converted at 26p/share would result in a holding of just under 3% (2.9% according to my calculations)... Although from the Finncap research report it seemed implied that the $17m lender was already a shareholder... See: "Two key points regarding Chaarat’s various loans are: 1. The third-party debt used to acquire Kapan is being paid down. The principal started at US$40m and was reported to be US$32m on 16 April 2020. 2. The balance of the debt is predominantly owned by shareholders of the company, including the Chairman Martin Andersson." | casual47
19/5/2020 12:57 | Cafes, hotels, markets etc are opening again in Kyrgyzstan from next week. Hopefully this means things can go back to normal at Tulkubash soon. As the majority of the work there is outdoors I can't imagine it being much of a problem. We might even get some news re. new drill season. | casual47
19/5/2020 12:53 | My expectation is that Q1 operational results will be released also. They are already a few weeks overdue, understandably perhaps with Covid etc. If the Q1 is released then I expect tomorrow to be more than just a dry AGM but a further sort of marker event of what has been achieved, with a full year of operational results under the belt re. Kapan (q2-q4 2019 and q1 2020). My understanding is that there would be a conference of sorts, chaired by Mr A himself, which we all can dial in to seeing as the AGM is digital and shareholders are discouraged from attending in person. All the above may be wrong of course and we may just get a short RNS stating all resolutions have been approved... | casual47
19/5/2020 12:47 | AGM tomorrow, not expecting too sensational an affair though I notice Gordon Wylie is up for re-election ! | 2pablo |
