TR-1- pity it seems to imply to newbies that Martin A is reducing his holding from 33.5% to 33%. The company obviously missed creating one for when he went below 33% in the last 6 months or so after dilution. That guy hasn't sold a bean as far as I know.

For Q1 and Q2 it was incorporated into the interims.

I doubt it would be the case but it would be good if they did.....

Edit: they did provide the realised gold price, TCC and EBITDA figures in the operational update so I suppose they will leave it at that.

From memory I think that the drill campaign in Kapan this year is for 50,000 meters. That means they could be sitting on at least 40km of additional data. It would make sense to make the LOM and R&R update as big as possible so could we see these additional drills included in the data?

That's 73.24% left from the waiver. The 26.76% they bought brought us from 27p to 38.8p.....A hike of more than 40% which might even cause Juju to break out a smile....might.

Positive ESG news from Kyrgyz: the "Chaarat Cup" was held in Chatkal.

In the Chatkal region, the II Cup of Chaarat ended - a competition that includes three sports: volleyball, ulak tartish and kurosh. The tradition of holding the annual tournament was laid down in the past, in 2018, Chaarat Zaav CJSC, which operates in the Chaarat gold deposit. This year the event turned out to be larger and more interesting: local producers held an exhibition of agricultural products, children participated in a creative competition, and women's volleyball was included in the competition.

“ We are pleased that a large enterprise has appeared in our region that is actively investing in the development of the region - and this applies not only to direct investments, ” said the head of the district administration Kanzharbev Eshaliev in an opening speech. “ For example, a sewing workshop was opened last year. who sews overalls - and he already has a large customer. Other businessmen are engaged in the manufacture of boxes - and they also have a regular and reliable customer. And today we welcome our partners - the company Chaarat Zaav! "

Representatives of local communities warmly thanked the company for the event, stressing that cooperation is strengthening and support is felt in almost all areas of the Chatkal region: this is education, development of local enterprises, and contribution to sports. For example, at an exhibition dedicated to the Chaarat Cup, children from nearby schools demonstrated their crafts, including real inventions: a tank and a rocket, an excavator, and much more. Talking of Chris Eger, I told him we need a Tr-1 for Martin going over 33% and he says one has now been filed, so expect tomorrow I suppose

Chris Eger "misspoke" about Tulkubash LOM several weeks before the BFS was updated, as it turns out it was correct (he said "5 years" and BFS revealed 5.3 or somesuch).

So perhaps it wasn't a mistake - perhaps they have revised down the capex requirement or perhaps he already knows there is $10m coming from elsewhere?

Or....he just misspoke...

I don't know whether Mr. Cooper "misspoke" but he said they were looking for $70m debt from banks for Tulkubash financing.

The figure as per BFS was $78.5m but has always been referred to as $80m in the various slides.
