17/10/2019 10:26 | Up to two weeks to go for the operational + R&R update on Kapan (probably) I wonder when we will see Ciftay take up the first % of Chaarat Zaav. They have been working at the site since Q3 2018, so more than a year now. Presumably all that work is part of the $110m Tulkubash project initial capex? | ![]() casual47
17/10/2019 09:59 | Nice interview from Dusty, worth a watch | fishhead1

16/10/2019 11:54 | Yes, interesting stuff. And good to see that there is real interest in the results from the Shir Canyon area where they have found the higher grade but apparently leachable material. If this really is easily processed then that will potentially add materially to the economics of the project with the potential for an early uplift in production volumes. This drilling will go on for years! | jc2706
16/10/2019 11:17 | Fabulous interview with Dusty, looking better and better for Tulkubash. Have Tweeted the link | ![]() 2pablo
16/10/2019 10:18 | If Tulkubash has a corridor of Kyzyltash quality high grade ore but which is leachable then that would be a major game changer. | ![]() casual47

16/10/2019 09:37 | When we consider that the Powerhouse of Europe(Germany)`s Banks are facing undercollateralised nightmares,we have to wonder what that means to other Banks in the - beyond Bankrupt parts of Europe. I suggest anyone look up how long it took to unwind Lehman`s mere circa $350Billion in Derivatives and ponder the perils of a current circa $1.5 Quadrillion !! How on earth did Germany allow this- or simply ignore the perilous state of their Banks ?! Preaching to other Banks ( do as we say ) - obviously not as we do !!) It would appear that the tentacles of Deutsche Bank`s woes and $50Trillion of derivatives are strangulating in the midst of US banks and terrorising the US Big Banks into reminders of the Lehmans era. Hence the Fed is now printing more Billions of $Dollars like crazy (QE in disguise). Obviously Draghi knows the truth and has gone into Panic mode, and now the US Banks have felt that panic. So now we all go down the road of Print to oblivion until someone says " I aint trusting your worthless confetti and most Banks that issue it. ! Regrettably the Financial Armageddon is coming and as I have said so often " one day they will have to unplug the Algo-robot traders " that could become the Feds greatest enemy ,one hellish event day ,and then Humans will find they simply cannot unravel what the Algos set in motion. It seems blatantly apparent that most Gold ETFs are merely holding re-hypothecated Gold- with more such ETF Frauds to come,as our Master of Destruction try and entice the know nothings to buy Paper Gold instead of Physical. Gold`s bull era is coming in the eventuality that PaperGold will wither in the eventual mass flight to Physical. The Gold stocks that survive until Gold goes beyond $1900- should seriously multiply over the coming years. IMHO | ![]() richgit

15/10/2019 23:09 | Looks like Artem is earning his frequent flyer points: Chaarat will be at the Hong Kong 121 mining investment conference on 22-23rd October. The below was taken from here: What is your rationale for attending 121 Mining Investment? To discuss a potential raise and to meet with a number of new Hong Kong based investors and to tell the Chaarat story to those who might not have already heard it. Update those already familiar with Chaarat with recent corporate activity as well as development plans going forward. Create general awareness of the company’s vision, strategy and strengths. What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending? 13 September 2019 – Chaarat completes joint venture with Çiftayt A.S 11 September 2019 – Funding Update 28th August 2019 – 2019 Tulkubash Exploration and Drilling Programme Underway What is the focus of your management team for the next 12 months, and what are the key milestones you are looking to reach that you think will add value to the business? 3 Months: Operational Update on Kapan Continued newsflow from our 20,000m drill programme at Tulkubash 6 Months: Further progress on the development of Tulkubash Further investigate M&A opportunities Continue to optimise Kapan What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment? Chaarat managed by a high-quality operating team supported by a fully overhauled world class independent board Impressive existing asset base with substantial organic growth opportunities Positioned to capitalise on fragmented asset base in FSU region through accretive M&A Supported by notable shareholder base and alignment of interest with management Proven track record of accretive capital raising with continued access to financing markets Undervalued relative to peers with significant share price potential | ![]() casual47
15/10/2019 17:34 | At the risk of plugging, if you want EV/oz I would look at another company I am invested in as well. | jc2706
15/10/2019 13:56 | It wouldn't be unusual to see a company's shareprice jump significantly on financing news. The question is - how high can Chaarat jump? At 38p it's only 30% to get to 50p. There is no telling what premium a share could attract when there is a belief that management can execute on the potential. Based on projected EV/EBITDA the share price rise would be more limited but EV/oz wise there is, arguably, a lot of scope for the share price to really take off. | ![]() casual47
15/10/2019 13:46 | 38p paid Is Mr. A aiming for this to break 40p before news breaks and then see it shoot above 50p on news? | ![]() casual47
15/10/2019 12:38 | (interview starts 19 minutes in, nothing of note before that, so do skip ahead) (really, DO skip ahead) (there's nothing new in this for those who have been paying attention) | ![]() casual47
15/10/2019 12:29 | The Northern Miner Episode 156: Gold sector ripe for consolidation in former Soviet Union, ft. Artem Volynets Chaarat Gold CEO Artem Volynets joins the podcast this week for a feature interview with acting editor-in-chief Trish Saywell. Volynets discusses the challenges, strategies and opportunities of mining in the former Soviet Union. Artem Volynets joined Chaarat Gold as a non-executive director in March 2018 and is now the company's CEO. He made a name for himself as the CEO of Russia's En+ Group from December 2010 until June 2013, where he implemented strategies to make the group a global leader in mining, metallurgy and energy. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president of strategy at Sibeian-Urals Aluminium Co. (Sual), and played a role in the US$20 billion, three-way merger of Sual, Rusal and Glencore's aluminum assets to create UC Rusal, where he worked as deputy CEO and director for corporate strategy. Volynets also helped orchestrate UC Rusal's US$2-billion initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He left the En+ Group about six years ago and started looking for opportunities in the fragmented gold sector, consolidating small, typically privately held companies in Russia and other countries in Central Asia. | ![]() casual47
15/10/2019 09:51 | Cracking the Central Asia funding code You need to sit up and take notice, say market wags, when Chaarat Gold, an AIM-listed junior that’s developing two assets in Kyrgyzstan attracts men such as Martin Andersson and Artem Volynets to its board. This is the same Andersson, we are reminded, who was a key adviser to the Russian government's privatisation programme in the 1990s and made a mint when he sold his Moscow-based Brunswick brokerage to (rest is subscriber only) | ![]() casual47
