13/5/2024 10:27 | What do the forecasts say? | jqb1
13/5/2024 07:29 | Not sure I see the growth to justify this rating anymore, last years interims had top line growth of 27%, ARR growth of 34% and basic EPS growth of 43%. This year these metrics have markedly fallen to 10%, 14% and 16% respectively. For a company on a PE of 34x that is rapid deceleration. With a PEG of over 2, CER is now fundamentally very expensive. No doubt a high quality company, however I can't see much to attract new buyers at £16 a share. | 74tom
13/5/2024 06:57 | Great contract and results today | citys2874
13/5/2024 06:23 | 21% increase in divi plus another new major contract announced worth $11.1m.. | cfro
02/5/2024 15:15 | Chart looks great and share price at an all time high, now a 197k trade at 12.30 paying 1600p per share , valued at over £3 million. Must be an institution buy and have sufficient information to have alot of confidence for the future. | mickeyb
02/5/2024 10:05 | +1 this is a great model and great execution. There's not much stickier than a billing system. Look at their % recurring revenues. I'm adding. | johnthegeek2
06/3/2024 10:55 | I am a newcomer to Cerillion after they were mentioned in The Times in January. I don't understand their business but have made a modest initial investment after reviewing their financial results over the last 4-5 years. Their growth has been spectacular and they have such amazing returns on capital and equity that it seems to me that are highly likely to be a take over target. | rvsy2
11/2/2024 22:58 | Someone knows something, either current trading or large new contracts, how else to explain 1.1 million shares bought at 1600p on Friday. Share price at current all time high. | mickeyb
09/2/2024 16:48 | Enormous volume and yet all quiet! | mighunter

21/11/2023 18:57 | Presentation was good, despite KTZ communications having a useless set up. It made what could have been a good presentation difficult. If anyone from CER is reading this - give KTZ a kicking they are supposed to be your mouthpiece | swiss paul
20/11/2023 10:36 | Last year they mentioned having an operation in Australia - not so this year, and it doesn't appear in "our locations" on their website. Anyone know why? And last year, note 3 expected 75% of £37.4m (£28.0m) orders contracted, not yet recognised to be recognised in next 12-18m. This year 45% of £36.7m (£16.5m) in next 12m. OK, not quite like for like, but suggests much higher reliance for 2024 on new contracts won & booked to hit targets | garbetklb
20/11/2023 09:40 | This bit in the statement really caught my eye: In order to support the significant acceleration of the Company's growth rate, we have continued to increase resources in our main operations in India and Bulgaria. We also added new sales presence in the USA, Belgium and Singapore over the year. I've highlighted in bold. I was just wondering if new, perhaps larger, contracts will come from these three countries. Particularly the US.. | cfro
20/11/2023 08:15 | Great results, revenue up and there seems to be greater efficiencies with more of the turnover turning into gross profit. Obviously my own interpretation, but looks like some good business practices in place Everything up, happy days | hsduk101
20/11/2023 07:31 | They continue to knock it out of the ball-park.. Lovely 23% increase in the final dividend.. No signs of any slow-down! | cfro
02/11/2023 08:07 | Nice contract | saint in exile
02/11/2023 07:35 | initial being the key word here. | fruitninja84 |
