Comments from Louis Hall on revenue visibility:

"We start the new financial year with a very high degree of visibility over our earnings, based on our very strong back-order book and higher level of recurring income. The new business pipeline is very strong and includes a number of large potential deals.

Note 3:

Back order book consists of £37.4m of sales contracted but not yet recognised at the end of the reporting period plus £8.0m of annualised support and maintenance revenue. It is anticipated that 75% of the £37.4m of sales contracted but not yet recognised as at the end of the reporting period will be recognised within the next 12 to 18 months.

As cfro says above, the last trading update said the Adj PTP to be materially ahead due to fx, better resource allocation, lower financial costs & less amortisation and depreciation.

Management continuously delivers!

Looking weak at the moment. Interesting to see if support might be at this level

Screening For My Next Long-Term Winner: CERILLION #CER

"The risk to shareholders is the hefty contract work arrives in a haphazard manner that one day leaves revenue very light and earnings even lighter."

There has been quite a bounce from the over-sold lows at 600p or so. I suspect a few were caught out there.

It also seems like a few investors have sold up and taken profits in recent weeks but i think that is a mistake.

...a little dated from 2021...

Cerillion, founded in 1999, is a leading provider of billing, charging and customer management solutions for a broad range of sectors. The company’s clients come from telecommunications, finance, utilities and transportation sectors. Starting with 6 customers more than 20 years ago, the company has now more than 90 installation worldwide and offers SaaS solutions, managed services and on-premise enterprise software. The company prides itself with the ability to integrate a complete end-to-end deployment of Cerillion Express (its CRM and billing software) in no more than 10 weeks. The products of CER are characterised by low total cost of ownership and flexibility proven by the diversified client base. Furthermore, clients are reporting  operational savings “in excess of 33%” according to Cerillion. Where this company diverges from the mass is the clear aim to build value through organic channels. Lack of acquisitions, goodwill free balance sheet combined with the vision Cerillion brings a breath of fresh air in a sector where many competitors look for diversification through acquisitions....from WealthOracleAM

Wow, bit of a fall out of bed this morning.
Normally you would only see this kind of drop on bad news but not a profit warning in sight here, nothing of the sort...

That sounds like rather important and certainly beneficial news from a relationship/growth perspective.

This from the Vice-President of Norlys:

"Automating our fibre service fulfilment with Cerillion has created a highly scalable business model which allows us to focus on further network expansion; Cerillion actively contributes with their Telco expertise, for the benefit of our business development."
