For the long term investors we have held through the prolonged fall and delayed contracts. It looks as if the price has formed a bottom and is trying to move up from here.A move above 160 will be an indicator of a direction change and I can't see why we can't get back above 200 quite quickly.I piled in last week and more than doubled my holding making it one of my top 5 holdings in size and potential future gains.Like another here I also hold Oxford Bio but don't see the scale to move up like Ceres could.Safe trading all

That's a bullish outlook skinny. But still a brave investor who buys a falling knife.

Ceres Power Holdings plc (CWR.L), a leading developer of clean energy technology, will publish its full year results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2023 on Monday 15 April 2024.

As previously announced, the Company expects to make adjustments that principally relate to the timing of revenue recognition from long-term contracts. This has resulted in a modest increase in revenue in 2023, relative to the £21-22 million guidance previously provided, and decreases in revenue in prior years.

The management team will be hosting a live webcast for analysts and investors on 15 April 2024 at 09.30 BST. To register your interest in participating, please go to

Tin hat time for investors here.
There maybe some new in the offing but it may not be what we wanted to hear..

By an extraordinary coincidence, today, I can seriously respond to the question of how, possibly one can plausibly answer the question of how to influence longevity.
Keep taxing your brain with memorising, writing and analysis.

Today's RNS at the strange time of 11.37am may tax investors a bit. It's a no-brainer to foresee there a giant future there, though not easily timed. Hydrogen Future Industries (HFI)a very recent new listing published its first Final Results. It's quite a long read of a great breakthrough in understanding high speed airflow and why today we have first glimpse of a huge (270+%) increase in energy output coming from better (SILENT) wind turbines and new type of electrolyser. The huge noise from current systems of course reflect energy loss. You will I hope be excited to learn how the new ones will be silent.

Some interesting share price strength this morning, which may/not wane as the day progresses. But technically, the share seems to be in no-man's land, between 50 and 100 on the smas, and 100-200 on the wmas. This seems to me significant, as many were calling this down to below £2 yesterday on the cancellation the JV; but as we know this didn't happen. I'm still hopeful that DELTA has reminded the market of the potential of CWR's IP and network of interested customers: if the company succeeds, the share price will in due course be several times higher as Berenberg/Liberum suggest. If not; then clearly not. But question for investors is, what what is the appropriate discount to apply in the meantime?
Technically, afaic, a move above 2.50 (the 200wma) will be provisionally bullish ("under starters orders"); whereas a move to 290 (200sma) will be a signal that the starting gun has actually been fired.
£1.80 or below: event postponed due to bad weather!

Today's trading update conforms to the expected minimalist pattern. CEO Phil Caldwell is always exceptionally tight lipped and makes less RNS announcements thany other innovators, whom I follow.

Thus the market knows nothing of any developments or collaborations, let alone revenue from Ceres' many partnerships, other than those already licensed (and understandably little about them). I counsel investors to research web sites like those of AVL List of Austria of which I can only find one: a reference to their cllaborative partnership, begun with Ceres back in Feb 2021. Since then not one word re this world leading power-train consultants headed by the famous List family, who employ 11,000 and have 1.86B revenue from testing and consulting on automotive sytems for the likes of Daimler and VW.

Yet Ceres must get revenue from them as well as from Japanese boiler making licensee Giula.

Another example: Robert Bosch recently had an order for 100 SOFC truck engines to power Nikola's new hydrogen-powered trucks in the USA surviving despite CEO Trevor Milton's 3-year jail sentence for fraudulent reporting to Wall street. No news of the order (nor congratulations from Ceres).

Conclusion: CWR has masses of IP value in collaborative progress with unknown parties like, until this month, Delta and its £43m non 'income' transfer to come,

I suspect stale bull selling. They've got to be cleared to make further meaningful headway. But a clearing out of such holders and an injection of new optimistic investors should allow for a significant rerating in due course. I view that churn as most welcome!

Good questions, Book. In the absence of any decent earnings or a forward looking chart I'm not sure what there is to tempt investors, including myself atm. So we need clearer, bite size information about the opportunity, the likely uses and the competitive edge.
