Greetings Old town.....14.53 & 27 seconds was the exact time that SCAP moved up!....and up we go again....but the MMs are still worried about sells as the bid hasn't moved.....so be careful!
PS still want to know who sold!!!!!!!!!!

Thinkbig do you have level 2? the mm moved up about 30 secs after a 10k buy.The 60k buy came in about 25 mins after the mm move up.
The only other reason is a buy that has not yet shown at the same time as the 10K buy,hello alex;-)

Well been watching this for a long time Fidelity buying is good enough for me i am in 60k at 17.75p lets see them go now?

MM moved up on 10k buy, strange thing is i dont think that theres much stock around and any buying in on the Fidelity increase could see a small change in fortune over the next few days.

Centurion Electronics plc, ("Centurion" or the "Company") was informed
yesterday, in accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (as
amended), that Fidelity International had increased its shareholding to
2,469,705 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.95 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

The Company has been informed that 717,866 ordinary shares are held
non-beneficially by Fidelity International Limited (FIL), and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and that 1,751,839 ordinary shares are held
non-beneficially by FMR Corp, and its direct and indirect subsidiaries.

TB if you think that you MUST sell....16p is better than 0p.....at this moment in time I would suggest that the only worry is the net debt......the remaining co is trading profitably (as per trading update..and also every profit warning we have had since the £1+ days the co has always stated that the core oem business is sound and ahead of the directors expectations ..and the FSA have now shown that they hand out jail sentences to directors who lie!)...non the less it is prudent not to carry too many shares in such a high risk scenario...i.e. directors in jail do not bring back your hard earned cash!....good luck whatever way you decide to go....I have reduced my holding but will retain what I have....remember there is a buyer out there....so someone is spending large amounts on this company....but it will take time to recover!....aimho!

All sells again sorry to say but this share looks dead and buried and i hold will put these away now and come back next year and see if they are still trading or gone bust better companys out their at the moment and we are in rally mood as well. Never been in a share before that just has sellers and just goes down and down and down its on its all time low. Could be going bust market is always right.

May be the Sellers are the Perseys who hold 7.16% and they have disposed of 6% yesterday to Ravensworth and (for whatever reason) are selling the balance in the open market.We shouldn't have to wait too long for the announcement.

Hi Alex-Large volume trades at the mid price,I assumed that they were Broker to Broker deals.Interestingly, since I last posted there has been another block trade of 675k shares-if this and earlier trades were Ravensworth, as I strongly believe, then (surely) there will be a bid in the next few days IMOH as their stake will be 24%+.


I've mentioned the following points before but it's worth repeating. Centurion Electronics are a market leader in an exciting growth market with a 27% market share by volume.This situation will prevail as they have signed long term supply contracts with major Motor Manufacturers-Toyota,Citroen,Renault,Peugoet etc etc.Obviously this gives a Market Leader strong competitive advantages Economies of Scale and Scope etc Furthermore Car Manufacturers, whether they like it or not, their Industry is a Commodity type where Products are increasingly having to be sold on price.So any value added accessories that can be introduced to differentiate their products from those of their Competitors will be in strong demand.

Not a good day today very unhappy with this seller!! why after all this time has he decided to sell with results due on the 9th of December as well. Had thought we were about to move up before results but now I dont know, still hold plenty of shares in this company, will wait till the RNS comes out and see who is selling and how much stock he has left.

Could be interesting tomorrow well at least 650,000 less shares to get rid off.

well....looks to me that there was a big sell....matched with a buy that is in fact larger than the sell.....it will be interesting who has sold and who has bought ....my guess is that Ravensworth bought and who knows who sold....!
