12/2/2009 16:07 | John, was the house transferred recently? Sounds like the actions of a guilty person if it was, trying to protect his ill-gotten gains. | v11slr
12/2/2009 16:04 | nevermind eh, i sold this couple of days ago and already made 90%odd of my losses back on WSPH. still more to go i think as there are rumours that theyre im prime position to restore shareholder value! could be a welcome bit of excitement after this one as it jumps up on 100000 buys! | l0wrdr
12/2/2009 15:54 | Is it really? Like the Madoffs? | v11slr
12/2/2009 15:53 | V11SLR - 12 Feb'09 - 15:50 - 628 of 629 the house is in his wife's name | janmar33
12/2/2009 15:52 | so hes screwed mdx over and skipping the country with their cash, tut tut naughy boy! | l0wrdr
12/2/2009 15:50 | His house is definitely for sale :- and he's been resigning his directorships. He's no longer a director of Amity or Trevillion Associates. | v11slr
12/2/2009 15:19 | If Trevillion wants out (someone said his house was up for sale...), maybe they have found a ready buyer (as the share price is laregly unchanged, and now up slightly) Maybe that's the only reason for the delay in getting more news out (about the possible offer). any views? | andrbea
12/2/2009 15:16 | Shock , horror , a move up !!! | deka1
12/2/2009 13:37 | D'oh!! Why didn't I go for Eidos instead of this mob. Will hopefully still be OK though. Fingers crossed. | garykc
12/2/2009 10:26 | Just depends on how long it takes to dump 12.7m shares. ;-( Seriously, no. | v11slr
12/2/2009 09:58 | Someone has asked this on another thread:Is there a timescale where the company has to disclose to the market whether or not an offer has been recieved or not? | coulstock
11/2/2009 23:07 | Would he still have an interest in shares owned by Amity and Trevillion Associates now he's no longer a director? | matto
11/2/2009 19:16 | Induna123 - 11 Feb'09 - 18:00 - 619 of 620 Trevillion holds 12.7 million shares in Centrom. Yep but he has now resigned (check CH) from Amity Partners so I would strongly suspect that any bid here has now gone right out of the window. Could be 12.7 million shares dropped pretty soon. I will lay odds that no bid is made now. | betty swallox
11/2/2009 18:19 | He has probably been dumping them into the rise, don't expect him to tell you about it though, it might slip his mind conveniently like he has done with other things he should have disclosed to the market | jumpin
11/2/2009 18:00 | Trevillion holds 12.7 million shares in Centrom. | induna123
11/2/2009 17:52 | RT has resigned as director of Amity Partners and Trevillion Associates. Both of these companies have (or at least did have) reasonable holdings of Centrom shares. Maybe he's expecting a windfall and has resigned these directorships to avoid tax. I'm fairly sure Mrs Trevillion is the only other shareholder of Amity and would expect the same is true of TA. | matto
11/2/2009 16:55 | Bad day at Black Rock aah well | deka1
11/2/2009 15:02 | Ah - the 'multiple approaches' move. I thought that came after the 'significantly undervalues' announcement. | v11slr
11/2/2009 14:57 | you're all guessing could be they had 1 bid, then a second one came along 1001 reasons for the delay... | andrbea
11/2/2009 14:53 | V11SLR - 11 Feb'09 - 12:18 - 611 of 613 imagine if someone put in an offer and backed out at the last minute, what a shame | janmar33
11/2/2009 14:49 | "..................T | garykc
11/2/2009 14:00 | 'bout time . IMO... that they gave an update on the possible offer same situation over at PUR they announce a possible offer.. then total silence... LOL | andrbea
11/2/2009 12:18 | Has Trevillion got any shares here? Seems he's resigning a lot of his directorships, maybe contemplating fleeing abroad. His house is up for sale as well. A price bouyed by a 'potential offer' would be ideal for selling into. | v11slr
11/2/2009 10:39 | L0WRDR I can think of a whole lot of better places for your few hundred pounds but good luck anyway | next259
