John, was the house transferred recently? Sounds like the actions of a guilty person if it was, trying to protect his ill-gotten gains.

nevermind eh, i sold this couple of days ago and already made 90%odd of my losses back on WSPH. still more to go i think as there are rumours that theyre im prime position to restore shareholder value! could be a welcome bit of excitement after this one as it jumps up on 100000 buys!

His house is definitely for sale :-

and he's been resigning his directorships. He's no longer a director of Amity or Trevillion Associates.

If Trevillion wants out (someone said his house was up for sale...), maybe they have found a ready buyer (as the share price is laregly unchanged, and now up slightly)

Maybe that's the only reason for the delay in getting more news out (about the possible offer).

any views?

Just depends on how long it takes to dump 12.7m shares. ;-(

Seriously, no.

Someone has asked this on another thread:Is there a timescale where the company has to disclose to the market whether or not an offer has been recieved or not?

Would he still have an interest in shares owned by Amity and Trevillion Associates now he's no longer a director?

Trevillion holds 12.7 million shares in Centrom.

Yep but he has now resigned (check CH) from Amity Partners so I would strongly suspect that any bid here has now gone right out of the window.
Could be 12.7 million shares dropped pretty soon.

I will lay odds that no bid is made now.

He has probably been dumping them into the rise, don't expect him to tell you about it though, it might slip his mind conveniently like he has done with other things he should have disclosed to the market

RT has resigned as director of Amity Partners and Trevillion Associates. Both of these companies have (or at least did have) reasonable holdings of Centrom shares. Maybe he's expecting a windfall and has resigned these directorships to avoid tax. I'm fairly sure Mrs Trevillion is the only other shareholder of Amity and would expect the same is true of TA.

Ah - the 'multiple approaches' move. I thought that came after the 'significantly undervalues' announcement.

could be they had 1 bid, then a second one came along

1001 reasons for the delay...

imagine if someone put in an offer and backed out at the last minute, what a shame

'bout time . IMO... that they gave an update on the possible offer

same situation over at PUR
they announce a possible offer.. then total silence...

LOL

Has Trevillion got any shares here?

Seems he's resigning a lot of his directorships, maybe contemplating fleeing abroad. His house is up for sale as well. A price bouyed by a 'potential offer' would be ideal for selling into.
