Perhaps someone can enlighten me but I just don’t understand how this share can keep going down. Is my thinking wrong.

1. This is a defensive stock
2. It’s freezing outside and has been for a while
3. Board have confirmed dividend and said they will be more pro investors
4. Selling Spirit Energy and Nuclear interest
5. Dividend almost guaranteed for the next 2 years
6. M&A activity in this sector
7. Nationalisation threat reduced
8. Labour loosing traction
9. In light of energy demands government more likely to work with the industry
10.SP so low to attract bid’s?

I think have to have a sense of humour or it would do your head in. I know the Ft is down bad, but we are just having a horrible day of it unfortunately
