Apparently another cold spell is going to hit at the weekend so possibly more snow on the way, although probably not as bad as what we had just recently.

So looks like plenty more Gas is going to be used for some time yet.

But we won't find out if it impacts the share price until the next results to see potential profits unless of course by then CNA have become a target.

Funny enough best share I ever owned was Lloyds. Took years for it to rise from TSB then onto ltsb but made a nice sum from it, but definitely good if you can get an Amazon or Microsoft. For me, I just wasn't old enough to know about shares then when MS really kicked off.

Strangely enough the best stock I ever owned is Microsoft . I bought $25 ish dividend reinvested automatically and just left it alone for the past 18odd years . It’s now $96 plus the yield of 3% . Message buy shares in a company that’s a leader in its field and leave it alone.

Having said that I bought these through a USA broker at the time and due to Homeland regulations could no longer trade them . So I either sold them or left them alone.

Who can be bothered.
I know I can't.
A small % of customers, they would not trust the new supplier, they smell a rat.
'I am with octopus''..it sounds so funny.
probably Joe Bloggs operating from a garden shed in Bradford.

Funny thing is, my supplier Octopus is even cheaper still.

I had First Utility trying to get me back and there prices were far higher than Octopus Energy. I'm quite happy to stay with Octopus. Stable supply, so far so good with Bills and readings and they even contacted me with an easy option email that if I chose my new contract period I just click on the link if I'm happy with the prices which as far as I can tell are cheaper than elsewhere.

Record number of households switch energy suppliers. Energy minister said this showed the market was competitive with over 60 suppliers. Energy switch guarantee said 9 out of 10 customers were happy .

I did a market comparison for my house and found British Gas was £200 cheaper then my current supplier EDF. on a like for like bases.

Not even sure if any of this is good or bad news.
