I came across my notes from CNIC's presentation at Mello in November and thought some might find them useful. Main points are:

- 90% recurring revenues
- new revenue streams in cybersecurity, hosting and brand protection
- less than 1% of customers change supplier every year
- annual subscriptions are paid in advance, so cash conversion is almost 100%
- as a fixed cost business, scale increases profitability
- acquisitions are from founders who want to leave the business or have partners with different priorities

Most interestingly, at $300m revenues CNIC would expect to list on the NASDAQ. This would surely mean a huge re-rating to match CNIC's sector comparators already listed in the USA.

CNIC are now at almost $200m annual pro forma revenues. The CEO's target is $1 billion.
