I see there is also an RNS from CNIC this morning, which underlines the excellence of their "after-hours" RNS of last Friday.

CNIC is so unknown in the wider investment community that there's still gains to be had from where we currently sit, even after the modest uptick.

Any other company which put out a similarly brimming with enthusiasm RNS would have seen their share price sky high, this morning, imo.

Zeus have left their forecasts unchanged at present - they'll update when the acquisition is completed.

They believe the acquisition will be 43.8% accretive to 2020 earnings....

They already forecast:

this year: 6p EPS
next year: 6.5p EPS

So presumably next year's forecast could rise to above 9p EPS.

Indeed - excellent news.

I was hoping to top up this morning, but you could only buy a maximum 1k shares online! Crazy.

Note too that CNIC are trading at the top end of expectations for this year....

I have just checked the CNIC website and Ben Crawford still seems to hold no shares. If the Company CEO has not been sufficiently convinced of the investment case to buy shares whenever there is an opportunity for him, I do wonder why others should.

I'll continue to observe from the side lines, but good luck to holders.

I have to admit that, technically, I thought the current chart looks rather interesting: the bottom of a retrace? I'd just have preferred the belt and braces approach of being more convinced of the fundamental story, too.

Not really. The negative PBT and EPS was due to the increase of 3.2mm in the deferred consideration for KeyDrive due to it outperforming expectations, which had to be put through the income statement as a finance expense.
