Centaur Media (LSE: CAU), the business to business information, insight and events group, today announces the launch of an ordinary share buyback programme, with the objective of putting shares into treasury for use in meeting future obligations arising from share-based rewards to employees. The programme will involve the purchase of ordinary shares in the Company on-market up the value of £1 million in total.  Any purchase of ordinary shares effected in relation to this announcement will be carried out on the London Stock Exchange and executed in accordance with, and subject to limits prescribed by, the Listing Rules and in accordance with the authorisation granted to the Board by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 9 May 2017. The Company has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage the programme on its behalf.

Dividend cheque finally arrived today for those shares I have in CREST (instead of last Thursday). My wife's ISA account was only credited yesterday. I am not impressed.

Thanks! Mine gets paid to my bank rather than a broker account so hopefully it will go in over the weekend.
