This is a classic situation in a listed company,s share price that screams out to a Buyer
I'm exceedingly good value

Has Mr Willmot got City backing to make a take over bid
If he has he won't get the company for anything less than 80p a share

think so IMO....also run up to next trading update in October maybe? it was near 70p at start of year, so not sure any massive reason it can't head back towards that level IMO...DYOR etc...
