I have a close target of the 2011 resistance of 73pence. I would hope to breach this which will give me my main long term minimum target of 110-120pence.

I have come to this long term target by the chart pattern double bottom which I believe is forming.This had lows around 30 pence in the summers of both 2012 and 2013. The top of this pattern was formed in February 2013 at 60 pence. This point is the middle part of the double bottom. As long as we clear this point it gives me a price measuring objective by calculating the distance between the trough approx 30pence and the upper end of the pattern which is at 60pence. Then using this distance I project from the neckline of this pattern 60pence which gives me a target of around 110-120pence on a logarithmic chart which should be used for long term charts. ( if I was using a simple arithmetic chart it would have gave me a price target of 90 pence which would have been wrong.)

One thing to note if price falls back under the 60 pence for a period of time on this long chart and the other technicals change it may point more to a trading range between 30 & 60 pence instead of the double bottom I have described.

There is one last important thing I really am looking for to confirm my chart pattern and that is a substantial increase in volume as we get over this 60 pence mark currently I have not seen this and hope for this soon otherwise my theory could be wrong and it could drop back into the trading range

Surprised not more activity on this board. We are at a very important technical point if we can breach this 60pence resistance on volume then we could be treated to some very handsome gains, very handsome.

Yes your right 5.00pm and it,s usual practice to grant the extension if a confirmation of a bid is announced at or prior to this time
However the board considers willmots bid as not on a par with their valuation of the company Wilmot Is not bidding at this time but could come back again within 6 months with an offer

I think that you will find that he has got until 5.00pm but in any event he is certainly keeping us waiting until the last minute. He could,of course, get an extension of the deadline and keep us waiting even longer!
