EPS is 8.252 Cents, so I don't know where they get the PE ratio from.

I have topped up in ISA today on this. It has no debt, plenty of cash, I think Bukina Faso will become extremely profitable when the H2 study is announced. and expect 2019 production to be better. Time will tell.

Currently ex dividend, no brainer, but I guess looking at the chart you are bottom fishing and need to be brave!

All this talk that the Dividend cover is good enough, has anyone noticed that the PE is 18 times here, or is it just being conveniently ignored?

Dunno really - just positive for the region. Don't think the licenses specifically relate to CEY.

Cover multiplier will drop and div also if problems not resolved however reserves were not spent in latest. This bickering is stupid as the Q1 update is all that matters - good, bad, bland.....all that matters. Gold price influences but tiny compared to the output and grades variation.

Div cover very high. 1-2 is fair, less than 1 is danger zone - id say CEYs is circa 3 or slightly more. So......wtf are you on about. Addled in the morning is a concern.

throw what you like Kenny if it makes you happy but this is the golden rule when going for divi stocks they need cover comfortably over 1 that is a fact. Anything less than that you are likely to see a dividend cut. This is not a dividend stock it's a gold play that pays out a variable dividend. You guys need to focus on both ends of scales here it's like if you have a view that is different to blatent ramping you are a deramper. Which is nonsense because nobody takes any notice of BBs to move a share price they look at expectations and estimates, which is all I am stating

I know this will come back as a 2x from such levels. Let’s all buy loads when it plumbs such depths (if) then make back losses faster.

Triple bottom is a recognised chart pattern and could be on . A print of 87 would say another leg down .imo

This is going to be interesting.

I am out, on the belief, right or wrong, that this could head on down below 88.

You mention a triple bottom,Juju44. Is that possible?

There are lots of strong views here as to which way this is heading.

Congratulations in advance to those who get it right. :-)

It says dividend stock, that is wrong they shouldn't be allowed to get away with saying that. This company has slashed dividends with a massive cut, not only that their dividend cover is the bare minimum at 1.0 for 2019 and 2020. That is not high enough for a safe dividend stock. The book should be thrown at them for misleading investors
