21/3/2019 14:09 | Wouldn't surprise. The system is geared to taking money from muppets wallets and lodging it in the wallets of the crooked bankers . Whats new . | juju44
21/3/2019 13:49 | Hi Davius It's been extended again has it? - I didn't know that. I knew it's full implementation was over a period of years but are you saying that the 31 March 19 has now been put-back until 1 Jan 22? | rebess4
21/3/2019 13:28 | "Basel III was agreed upon by the members of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision in November 2010, and was scheduled to be introduced from 2013 until 2015; however, implementation was extended repeatedly to 31 March 2019 and then again until 1 January 2022." | davius
21/3/2019 13:22 | Hi Boris You're right to question. If history is anything to go by why wouldn't you. One of the big factors for me in Basel-3 is the fact that the new tier 1 status giving it a 0% risk rating, previously it carried a 50% risk rating, puts it on a par with holding cash for the purpose of stress testing. But, here's the thing, it only applies to physical gold that is held, or, if it is stored in another vault, it has to be on an 'Allocated' basis. Paper unallocated contracts, which are the majority, are no good for this purpose. - I have a feeling this might make a difference. - We'll see. | rebess4

21/3/2019 11:55 | Could have an effect but how can you know if it's good or bad? | borisjohnsonshair
21/3/2019 11:23 | Hi Guys Remember Basel-111 kicks-in next week. - It's looking as though it going to be a game-changer in the price-of-gold. This of course will have a positive affect on your investments. | rebess4
21/3/2019 09:40 | ffs ... in that case it might change today’s strategy ! I did just visit their media and couldn’t see anything so was just about to question it .. thanks for posting. | kennyp52
21/3/2019 09:35 | Ooops sorry Kenny, this was a copy of my post from 25th Feb as requested by BorisJohnsonsHair- the conference call was for that day. And yes, fingers crossed, ultimately we can look at all the info and info and make the best judgments, but all need a bit of luck. | stevedaytrader
21/3/2019 09:29 | Stevedaytrader ... 11am conference call ... thanks for heads up . Gold miners in general all up so doubt it is this helping the rise . I am holding long on this as strongly believe 120+ is around the corner ( 3 months or 12 makes no difference to me). Could consider profit taking but I am going for good news .. for once in the last 12 months .... which could push this on to the triple figures some on here are predicting . Fingers crossed ( as usual with this management ) . Good luck and enjoy the ride . | kennyp52
21/3/2019 09:01 | I was thinking the same but a tad less | borisjohnsonshair
21/3/2019 08:53 | Hi BorisJohnsonsHair. "stevedaytrader 25 Feb '19 - 10:12 - 30028 of 31237 Edit 0 4 0 Well done those who were out at close Friday, and those who got out after opening, and still made very good profits over past few months. For all others still in, my view is that this is a good one for long term eg pension SIPP. Worth buying ~100. You can make money today shorting around the normal daily movement places, but a gamble. Not unexpected on the results, the markets at the moment are hammering "iffy news" many ftse and aim have been unduly hammered at the moment- this is the state of this highly sensitive market- good for some, but not for the faint hearted. My take on 07:00 RNS 1) poor: no ace news/surprise nuggets, lowish guidance, future costs not great 2) potential good: ripe for take-over, cash balance sheet, later in the year would see good pick once targets are met. Represents very good value with cash balance the "loweness" share price can't be much lower than it was when hit ~85 recently Results Conference Call- @11:00 today- presentation on company website." | stevedaytrader
21/3/2019 08:49 | 97 - 98 would confirm double bottom and I would add | juju44
21/3/2019 08:44 | Congratulations to all those who bought in at around 89 pence,, You are looking at a real profit of 5% or so, if you sell now. I am still out for now. | cinquepercento
21/3/2019 08:44 | What was that? | borisjohnsonshair
21/3/2019 08:39 | Good start- I did say on Monday now was the time to buy, and re-iterated this yesterday :-). However, what I said the day of the big drop still holds. | stevedaytrader
21/3/2019 08:26 | Could be on a run DT ? FRES reacted even more than CEY . Wow 94p and rising . Will it go further will profit be taken 🥴 | kennyp52
21/3/2019 07:35 | Hmmmmm ... POG approaching $1320 . Silver 2.5% up [edit] there we go nice little bounce ... will the market be tempted to keep it going? Oh and Spacedust stfu ... gold already 1c off on your post . | kennyp52
