17/12/2009 00:00 | Cheers RV, Just out of interest, what it is about the current websites that you find so bad? Do you have any examples of similar-themed sites owned by other companies where they are doing a better job? Maybe you could pass on some of your thoughts to Andrew W... | ![]() the analyst
16/12/2009 22:47 | Shaila. If you base your investment life on the past you will go nowhere ! I think it's common knowledge that a few stale holders or at least posters claiming to be holders seem to be more content in deramping than being positive hence i believe they have sold out and will remain bitter to the end, yes it would seem that mamagement or the past performance has been poor, i'm well aware of that. I go by present facts and a overwhelming bull case if things continue to progress, i find it hard to believe people can be negative and sell so low on the Cellcast Asia story alone which i believe will be worth many multiples of the market cap. All i do is back my own words and buy stock whenever possible, you knock me for that. | 21simthy
16/12/2009 17:01 | You clearly don't know history of this Management. GL anyway. | shaila28
16/12/2009 16:05 | Dont mock :-)) I've been doing it most days for a week, it adds up ! I think they are a bargain and will continue to add when funds/profits are available or made elsewhere. | 21simthy
16/12/2009 15:59 | smithy you topped up 25k today is that really 750 quids worth ? !! | ![]() arab3
16/12/2009 15:44 | 2 x 100k's at 3.25p on Plus. Might be a rollover. Added 10k with Aul profits so 35k more today, i have the faith when others are selling. | 21simthy
16/12/2009 12:13 | Thanks to the desperate sellers today at 3.1p and 2.9p. Got another 25k at 3.19p, what a great price. Will keep adding on these dips ! | 21simthy
16/12/2009 00:12 | As far as I'm aware RV is a long-term holder and still is. His research has been very useful along the way Criticism is useful, imo | ![]() the analyst
15/12/2009 22:47 | TA. "I noticed that in November you suddenly changed your stance from a short-term target of 6-7p, to deciding it will go down to 2.5p. Just wondering what your reasoning was for that sudden change of heart, given the upbeat news we have had coming through?" Simple, he held the stock when he said 6-7p, he obvious sold some or all and then started to deramp, a lot of people do that on advfn. | 21simthy
15/12/2009 22:44 | TA. Go and look at Pinn and try and work out why they are valued at 10 million. Considering what CLTV are doing in various places their shareprice could do anything on speculation and momentum. I certainly think Cltv have better fundamentals than Pinn by a mile. | 21simthy
15/12/2009 22:36 | Hi RV, I noticed that in November you suddenly changed your stance from a short-term target of 6-7p, to deciding it will go down to 2.5p. Just wondering what your reasoning was for that sudden change of heart, given the upbeat news we have had coming through? I am in total agreement with you that for long-term holders like ourselves, we need to see the numbers coming through to be really optimistic that management are running the company well. My main concerns, as ever, are the margins and the mystery payments to offshore companies. Your point about 'different management' at CAH is a good one - this company gets into profit very quickly, whilst despite excellent revenue, the UK business never managed to make operating profits (something that has hopefully, finally turned around) I disagree, however, that "the share price is going nowhere until the company can post sustainable profit." As has been shown here recently, the share price moves prior to positive announcements being made. We have seen a strong rise in the run up to the announcements over the past few months and I dare say that we will see more rises prior to any future positive rns releases. People that do their research or are connected to the company get to know the news before it is officially announced and the share price moves prior to the news - I think we have both seen the Freeview channels come on air way before they got announced and been buying based on that Here's hoping for another rise, as it will most likely mean another good rns about to be released... | ![]() the analyst
15/12/2009 19:40 | Can see where this is leading, i dont have any other username on this site, i have posted under other names in the past but never use two at the same time. You clearly dont hold any of these imho. Recto Verso - 15 Dec'09 - 19:38 - 2324 of 2324 (Filtered) | 21simthy
15/12/2009 19:39 | If CAH is romping ahead, i would think the Indian side of things and/or Canaan Partners would be raising an eyebrow or two and looking at CLTV. | ![]() lyonst5
15/12/2009 19:38 | Apparently some people on these BBs use multiple nicknames and chat to themselves ? Sound familiar 21smithy ? Anyway, as i said the share price is going nowhere until the company can post sustainable profit. Unfortunately management have the knack of c*cking things up. For example, one week they were announcing deals with telecoms and partners for Sumo.tv, the next week Sumo.tv was closed. HOWEVER, it looks like they may be getting their act together, at least in India (different management). | recto verso
15/12/2009 19:27 | Lyon. At least we have resident bull RV to entertain us, should i mention to him that most of the "volume" goes through on the plus market so it wont show on the main monitor and that applies to most aim stocks now ? They do offe stock now and again but once a couple of buys mop it up the limits quickly get cut. | 21simthy
15/12/2009 19:14 | Just thinking, On the one hand there is that line in the trading update about the IFRS rules, which could just be a technicality or could be significant - Unfortunately, I don't have the knowledge of the rules and their implications to judge... On the other hand, the company clearly stated that they should be able to recoup the investment costs in H2 2009. This implies that they will do just that and are not even considering any alternative way to pay these costs off early. If that is the case, it may be that the current price is about as good as we will get before the next leg up to 6p, 8p etc. I'm still at 2.9%, by the way. Don't want to go over 3%, as I'm not keen on declaring my holding via rns | ![]() the analyst
15/12/2009 19:06 | No volume support. Long term share. | recto verso
15/12/2009 18:57 | Thanks simthy, On Cellcast site it says 66% in hands of the large holders, It just seems to quiet for there to be a free float of 34%, maybe they have been written off and are sitting in bottom drawers and i,m chasing shadows. Its just been dam hard to get hold of stock the past months. | ![]() lyonst5

Lyon. I dont class myself as a poor holder, 2.9/3p/3.2/3.4/3.5 and 3.75p are my prices paid so it's all around break even or a small loss, i'm approaching 0.5% but that would mean for me a lot of my funds in the one basket but that for once dont seem to bother me, i like the odds in front on me and will take the chance, nearly bought another 25k before the close, will keep buying in small lots, was hoping for another chance of 3.25p but not a chance after the buys at 3.5p but another weak day might give that chance for a small top up on the cheap. | 21simthy
15/12/2009 18:27 | I'm not sure they could have taken it private easily, lyonst5 - don't they need 75% to vote such things through? I can't remember the exact percentage... NC holds 19% and I think holders that visit this bulletin board easily account for another 10%, which could have made things very tricky I also think Headstart would have had something to say about it too Last time I spoke to the Directors they did say they were very keen to get value for shareholders and for once (for an AIM company) it didn't sound like BS. I really think they want to build this company into a huge and successful £100m+ company | ![]() the analyst
15/12/2009 18:00 | Simthy, Yes if they did a placement the poor holders should get a slice and if there is any holders left from IPO they should get a medal as well. | ![]() lyonst5
15/12/2009 17:39 | the analyst, well reasoned posts. Yes a very good TU but very little reaction considering. So to a couple of things that i've been mulling over. I still can't understand why they did'nt or could'nt take it private when it was sub £500k mkt cap and things where looking grim, for sure there would of been a hell of a lot of grief with any remaining holders, but i would say do able and what % would they have needed ? The value for the companies assests at this moment in time ? Just how much of a free float of shares is in PI hands ? | ![]() lyonst5 |
