H2 always looks a stretch because of the way they account for the renewals. Having said that, they did say on IMC that all renewals had been locked in and that the temporary slowdown was due to UK Budget / US elections and that the two UK contracts expected in H1 had since closed.

If it doesn't make H2 which is a bit of a stretch then expect a big fall as we have seen in the past. However they have a good record of making H2 forecast. They did hint at a slowdown which throws in some uncertainty. Its on a high valuation so no scope to miss target.

As always they leave a lot to H2 and with a recent slowdown which may well have been temporary then its high risk.

Tipped in UK ivestor Magazine. I am not a subscriber, so I can't read full article, but it mentions brokers target price of 450.

Celebrus Technologies plc the data solutions provider issued in line guidance for H1 this morning. Results are expected to be in line with management expectations, with revenues of approximately $17.0 million (H1 FY24: $16.2 million) and adjusted profit before tax of approximately $ 1.0 million (H1 FY24: profit of $0.2 million). Annual recurring revenue increased during the period to $26.2 million (31 March 2024: $25.5 million, 30 September 2023: $21.3 million). So more decent growth is being delivered and management are confident of another year of progress and the delivery of a full year performance in line with management expectations...

Large and new contract would be nice, or perhaps a key acquisition?

Great statement, I’d been waiting patiently for this to have a re-rating. Still think there’s plenty more to come.

Valuation
Net profit 5m pe of 20 equals 100m
Net cash 30m
Total 130m
Recurring revenue 20m
So overall at least 3 quid in my humble opinion

From what was said on the webinar yesterday this is hardware for customer sites which are not cloud. They said this is expansion of existing customers who have not adopted their cloud solution.

Always difficult to judge a software company, red.

However, the reporting looks straightforward:
"The year end cash balance is unusually high due to the timing of working capital movements. The Group had amounts of approximately £6.0 million due for payment in the first quarter of FY25 relating to the purchase of hardware for customers and other non-repeating payments, meaning that the "normalised" cash balance at 31 March 2024 was in the region of £24.7 million."

Also they have increased the (small) divi a little.

That's why I wrote "Means sales through third parties I believe?" red.
Just didn't like "Third party products" under sales.
Don't speak american I suppose 😊

It looks like the best metric is an expansion of this list
Celebrus + Adobe
Celebrus + Dell Technologies
Celebrus + Pegasystems
Celebrus + Quantexa
Celebrus + Red Hat

"Our investments in Sales and Customer Success are returning positive results, which is promising as we continue to learn and evolve. Key wins in the year included new logos in Healthcare (US), Financial Services, and Retail. We also successfully secured many upsells across our customer base, which we attribute to our new engagement models and a strong focus on selling the value of the Celebrus platform for expanded use cases.

While we have invested in our direct sales, we have also continued to launch several partner activations with organisations including Merkle, Salesforce, Braze, Snowflake and Databricks to name a few. Partners remain a key part of our strategy, but how we engage with partners has evolved significantly over the past couple of years. We approach the market together, we sell together, and as a result we ensure that the Celebrus platform is being positioned correctly every step of the way. Once we win a customer's partnership, we stay engaged alongside our partner to ensure that the customer is happy and growing in their use of the Celebrus platform. This also then allows the Partners to focus more on building value around the Celebrus platform since we assist them during the upsell process in selling it effectively, which ultimately helps us to scale as we grow."

Para 2 gives a clue.
