jamesey3 Down by 11% today, but jamesey3 a new broom sweeps clean. What does New Broom sweeps clean mean? UK saying, said when someone new takes control of an organization and makes many changes. Go Go Go New Broom Sweeps Clean Go Go Go. It's an incredible buying opportunity for us long term shareholders to scoop up Caspian Sunrise shares.

Onsideman - that's the thing that stood out for me A real ball and chain round the ankle. There'll have to be hard thinking as to whether to divert capital to raising production and revenue

Reading through slowly but one thing is for sure, if oil prices had remained lower for a few more months in 2020, Caspian would've gone or needed considerable funding and inevitable dilution.Rev up as expectedLost the appeal which is disappointing and no recourse so $3.2m for 8 more yearsCurrent cash at $0.7mDomestic prices back to $17m154 being cased do we'll know soon No work on deepsSY waiting for licence award this qtr - Q3Running on fumes and their survival will come from MJF continued production, SY back on flow and explore shallower structures. A 3AB success? renting the barge or unlocking a deep.Looks like they continue to trade through unless oil drops below $54.

That makes for a fairly challenging read. Is it the first time we'd been made aware that the door had closed on the court case?

The sands of time is an English idiom relating the passage of time to the sand in an hourglass. ... The amount of sand determines the amount of time that passes as the chamber is emptied.

Great stories Toggle. Re Caspian investment, they are coming to a crossroads or I’d say they’re at it now. There have been some good developments lately. It was good to see that they’ve rented the barge albeit just to cover cost but hopefully leading to future contracts at historic prices. If it’s the only barge then surely it’ll be rented if exploration picks up ? The 3AB outsource, another move in the right direction to counting in or out and whether the price paid was just dilution and feathering KO nest. The crossroads come with the deep project and financing. Exploration phase will come to an end in 2024 so they need to fund the new wells to meet licence commitments or probably risk losing them ? They are robbing Peter to pay Paul ie all cash generated going to the deep money pit and this can't continue. I can see them continuing with the remedial work on existing wells but they have to involve a Partner if they're to take on A9/10 etc or it's dilution. I suppose they could wait til 3AB result known or barge rented at commercial levels but that's another year downline and licence commitments need to be met. The Devonian, they could do that solo i guess and important to qualify that out. I still see considerable upside with the current asset portfolio but as always, time will tell whether it was worth the 14 year wait !!!!!

Rugby in the Navy regularly meant visits to Cape Town, Suez Canal being closed, so we had to go around the world the old way. Refueling in Cape town and listening to Rugby Matches in the Pig and Whistle, with an Afrikaans commentary which is a very lyric rugby language. Colour TV arrived some 5 years later. Black and White TV was not available or allowed. ' We played against Hamilton’s in Cape Town. A draw 6-6 was the best result I achieved. The hospitality we received was excellent. ' On that occasion, I had been given a pier head jump to join the ship, A month of watchkeeping and 3 astro sights a day with an hours mental arithmetic and pencil and paper calculation kept my mess bill at zero (I never drank at sea). After we arrived in Cape Town and returning hospitality my mess bill was largest on HMS Intrepid. Ship had draught beer on board selling at a shilling a pint. Gin was 2d a tot. Being a new boy on that ship I had to explain my mess bill to the Commander. ' South Africa is an interesting country which I saw at a delicate time. But the Rugby was full on as will hopefully be this Test series. ' Back to CASP and I am in agreement with other contributors that my investment here is under serious consideration.

Looking forward to some good rugby. Japan v Ireland last WCup was a game to remember, they were awesome. Playing rugby on a ship deck !! that sounds painful. K, things have to change on the deeps and they'll have to partner, only issue is , can they partner ie anybody interested ? One things definite, they can't meet licence commitments so its partner or dilution or maybe they get lucky on 3AB and the barge.Don't want to wait another year with little progress, they have to change the plan.

jamesey3 5 buys and 1 sell on Friday and the MM's still keep the price level with no change. What do they know jamesey3, they know nothing. We long suffering Caspian Sunrise shareholders know everything jamesey3. The world's our oyster. What is the meaning of the world is my oyster? Using the context of the example above, the phrase “the world is your oyster” means that you can achieve anything you wish in life or go anywhere because you have the opportunity or ability to do so.

ah, the good old days! we too will soon be reminiscing about how wonderful it was to be languishing at these levels here in the casp ship over the last couple of lifetimes, knowing all the time with no doubt whatsoever that we would be sipping martinis on a carribean island... ...that is once the share price gets to 50p in the next few months.

Whilst we are waiting at least we have Lions Test v Japan to watch on TV. ' A wild bragging story is that, in along ago and far way, I played rugby in Japan against Hiroshima Motor Works with a ships fifteen. Most of their big forwards came from the North where they eat Wheat whilst the backs came from the South where they eat Rice. When the oranges arrived at the team conference we concluded that we would have to play unconventional or original rugby to have any hope of keeping the score to reasonable figures. They played an excellent conventional game and we had been at sea for six months on a ship where you couldn't run 5 paces without tripping over a ring bolt. But ever since I have been pleased to see Japan's progress and it should be an interesting game

Not for me Toggle, a simple p&d and the bid weakening supports that IMO. Regardless, happy that share price is 60% up from lows, just need some positive info and clear direction from the leadership.K, there goes Percy again !

It was another little P&D exercise. The bid strengthened through the morning and you could sell 800k at one point but that reduced to 100k pre close. IMO, somebody having a little bit of fun to make 5%, whatever floats your boat !
