Fully loaded here Clive, do your worst.

Clive and also Tim Field specially appointed Director now in charge of Mergers and Acquisitions you're a great couple of guys.

Two of the best in my opinion.

Please give us good news.

Looks like I might get post 19,000 that's what I'm aiming for.

Our new man aged 54 according to several websites, most odd. His personal network, not many connections with KNOC employees and Seeojoo Development must be having a ball in the Travel/Hospitality game. I'm sure he has a far bigger network and is the right man for the job.

With regards to current revenues, some quick sums based on export/domestic sales as per contract ie 70/30 split.

Production average - 1350bopd
Export/Domestic - 950/375
Netbacks based on $65 oil - $42/$6
Annual Revenue - $14.49m/$865k - Total $15.35m
2018/2019 turnover - $10.7/$12.1m

I appreciate that i'm assuming a $65 crude price and a contracted 70/30 export/domestic split but by my calcs, turnover will be up in 2021 based on current levels and SY 300bopd on a same basis ie 70/30 will deliver another $3.42m to turnover.

Based on 1650 bopd at the 70:30 ratio, then add domestic revenue at historic net backs of c $20, it adds another $2.38m to the total.

Simple maths but with reduced operational costs apart from the barge and BNG (additional $4m, BUT we have a Barge !), Caspian is in much better shape than it was in 18 and 19 when the m/cap was 4-6 times current levels.

Obviously missing something and that's probably the loss of hope from the deep campaign.

Lots of bags coming and a positive BNG announcement with SY production, peeps will start to realise that the share price v fundamentals are disconnected.

I hear on the grapevine that a bidding war has broken out among Caspian Sunrise shareholders. Initial offers are for £100 million per share but Clive wants £800 million per share due to what he is sitting on. (and he has never told us)

Go Go Go Go Go Casp Go Go Go Go Go

Did you see what I did there jamesey3, I put 5x Go in front of Casp and 5x Go after Casp..
Very clever I hear everyone say.

Good luck all.

NN,

TF dump is an odd one and i won't try to justify it as a positive. It maybe a simple case of he needs his cash (salary). He left MDR in 2018 and was appointed as NED at Caspian in Jan 19. He formed his own companies, Field Law and Absolutely Capital Consulting in March 2019 and i suspect that he's not doing much M&A work and his skillset is Securities Law and Corporate Governance. I suspect they'll use his consultancy service when required and he still has his bonus scheme as far as i'm aware. For all we know, he may have fallen out with the leadership.

The CFO and COO appointments ? they are promotions and probably some share ownership at some point so hopefully this can be seen as a positive move. The Director Bonus Scheme qualification is a long way off but hopefully we see the trigger points activated before i leave this earth, hoping on another 30 years + !!

X2,

yes roll back a few months and had TF dumped what he did last week then I reckon MMs would have been quoting sub 1p!

Ive heard it say that once you have worked for KNOC you never ever really leave the 'corporate family'

Probably worth noting Aibek also worked at KNOC for three years.....and he holds 41% of CASP last time I looked!

Very odd trading ? Yesterday was a red day, couldn't sell a bean @ 2.4p but the market retraced and now well bid again @ 800k max sell @ 2.32p, buy 250k @ 2.5p ??? Real mid price is 2.41p and i don't get the fictional spread unless it's for the naive investor ?

Somebody must be taking the stock or are the MMs just filling the coffers pre news ? Our TF dump isn't affecting sentiment ie a huge sell off so maybe there is good news coming ?

New CFO and COO appointments usually happen to drive a change in strategy. SWS is not a youngster at 60, actually looking at other website info, it says he's 54 ? regardless, he's got experience and hopefully will lead a positive operational campaign going forward. Investment from the Koreans ? well, we have the best man for that challenge and he can appraise the opportunity and attract investment providing he didn't leave KNOC under a cloud.

As always, TT.

Blast off very soon when Clive finally tells us 'what he has been sitting on'.

It's amazing as he has never told us his very long suffering shareholders anything at all.

Other news ? boat contract, A5 commercial rates ,larger export percentage, takeover merger talks....we dont know but this has been told its moving up to the MMs...IMHOThe main starting point is a better relationship with the Government Authorities ..hence our new Boss, ex KNOC Mr Shin SHINKICKER RNS COMING UP

Hi xclusive..There must be good ' other' news and even if the court decision is delayed and they announce at worst, a placing and incentives for new COO, the placing must be at 2.5 thereabouts .. Also there has to be better financial figures to due to higher oil prices...

Mr Shin has been with Casper for 2+ years and in an operational role i presume. Our performance has been woeful over that period so hopefully he was not involved with the drilling effort !! That aside, a move to COO and the appointment of CFO (from Financial Controller) signifies that maybe better things ahead or maybe the moving of the old guard and Clive maybe one of those ? hopefully so.

Let's get the latest news out and hopefully not another Carverspeak episode.

Onsideman,

Maybe but i'd have thought that M&A would be on the agenda, more from a partnering perspective whether JV/Farm in etc. Maybe he's not been Legal Counsel in the court appeal but I can't get away from the fact that he knows what's coming from a news front and allegedly we should get an update shortly. Lots to report on and much that i'm hoping for positivity, one is not holding one's breath !
