Other news ? boat contract, A5 commercial rates ,larger export percentage, takeover merger talks....we dont know but this has been told its moving up to the MMs...IMHOThe main starting point is a better relationship with the Government Authorities ..hence our new Boss, ex KNOC Mr Shin SHINKICKER RNS COMING UP

Hi xclusive..There must be good ' other' news and even if the court decision is delayed and they announce at worst, a placing and incentives for new COO, the placing must be at 2.5 thereabouts .. Also there has to be better financial figures to due to higher oil prices...

Mr Shin has been with Casper for 2+ years and in an operational role i presume. Our performance has been woeful over that period so hopefully he was not involved with the drilling effort !! That aside, a move to COO and the appointment of CFO (from Financial Controller) signifies that maybe better things ahead or maybe the moving of the old guard and Clive maybe one of those ? hopefully so.

Let's get the latest news out and hopefully not another Carverspeak episode.

Maybe but i'd have thought that M&A would be on the agenda, more from a partnering perspective whether JV/Farm in etc. Maybe he's not been Legal Counsel in the court appeal but I can't get away from the fact that he knows what's coming from a news front and allegedly we should get an update shortly. Lots to report on and much that i'm hoping for positivity, one is not holding one's breath !

I guess if you're brought in to handle mergers and acquisitions and you neither merge with nor acquire anything, then your position may well be under some scrutiny

As it was basically salary substitution, i believe that he's allowed to sell but not sure if a disclosure is required. He may have needed the cash, who knows what his personal situation is. Never know, he may have invested loads into the EV stocks and likes a punt or two on Bet 365 !! He also may have fallen out with the powers that be but all will be revealed this month.

The market is offered and i'm expecting a little sell off but it'll be interesting to see if there are buyers as there have been some sizeable trades as of late.

Looks like MM are sitting on a pile of CASP shares bought in at 2.4p and they are struggling to shift them at 2.56p today

Surprised this hasn't ticked down already but no doubt it will later in the day

If CASP were planning a placing would Tim not be barred from selling until this news was public knowledge? Think there are specific regulations that cover release of corporate news and at what point in time the directors are allowed to sell

Share price action since 5th Feb has been strange in a positive way bearing in mind no operational news flow....the frustration with this stock continues....

Market moved from well bid to well offered and our seller probably made the right call and dumped some early. We're going to find out whether our Tim was dim or sensible. There are positives with COO and hopefully some of the assets start to return but the fact he's dumped is either that he sees no upside or he needs the cash, being a Lawyer, i doubt that very much. Sp retracing until news unfortunately.
