Can see the shallows sale dragging on to end of Q1 25
Market missing the point that $2m cash is flowing into Bank Account each month while we wait
West Shalva acquisition will be paid for in full from this additional cash flow, no need to dip into the sale proceeds for WS acquisition, smart!
Our Clive is a shrewd old cookie ;-) |
Pure guess a a lot of wishful thinking.Hopefully not long to go to something happens |
I'd be delighted at £0.0035 Special Dividend, Jimmy. Probably the top end of any estimate.
Also I can't see it taking long to sort out the logistics of a special dividend, once they have the monies from the shallows sale in the bank. At least that would be one thing where they're not relying on the timescales of third parties. |
If AR/KMG are waiting for an improving exchange rate then we are in for a very long wait. |
Does anybody want to hazard a guess to what the special dividend would be if they give one out .This is just a pure guess but I'll go for £0.0035 (. I'm bored ) |
My guess is that AR/KMG are dragging their feet on completion waiting for a more favourable KZT/USD exchange rate to convert their huge pile of KZTs into dollars ;-) |
It spiked to over 5p when the shallows deal was first mooted, I'd expect higher when conclusion is reached particularly as they've subsequently flagged that some may be given back to shareholders via a special dividend (or buybacks). Plus there's the surprise factor as many now appear to be assuming it won't happen.
Finally unlocking the licence renewals will also be a catalyst for upwards re-rating. |
I'm not sure it will, there may be a small spike. It's what they are going to do with the money that matters, not the fact they have it (which they haven't yet). They could fritter it away on fruitless mines. There's plenty of those about on AIM. Now if they get a deep flowing, that would do wonders for the share price |
... which is exactly why the price has continued to languish in the doldrums (and will recover very sharply when the deal is finally delivered) |
Nothing will be resolved until the shallows are sold. The continual extension of the long stop isn't helping as that creates uncertainty as to, are there still some problems and if so why? The deal should go through but it hasn't yet. |
You never know but it believe we wait til next week |
X2
Clive likes to publish intra day updates on a Thursday ;-) |
To win it or lose it, hopefully the former :) |
Daily trading volume v.low this month
325,000 daily share trading vol
To put it into perspective that's only 0.000014% of issued shares per day
It will all change when the next RNS drops and we get a 25m+ share trading volume day
Yes X2 you certainly need to be in it ;-) |
Patience being tested but anyone invested here is or should be used to it. Operational activity is limited as a result of the impending sale of the shallows and compounded by the licence renewal/upgrade process which is ongoing. Much that this wait is frustrating, there has to be resolution on several material developments on the near term. As discussed, the removal of sanctions is a possibility this year and that will definitely add value to the asset base and probably assist any disposals if they wanted to move them on. Still loads of upside in play and hopefully the stale bulls can exit whilst new players take the stage. Got to be in it. |
Early morning buying... not seen that in months......come on casp. New Year! Bring in the good news!!!! |
dipla,
There has been suggestions on this BB and other social media outlets that CASP is subject to a NDA with regard to the Shallow operations, hence the radio silence whilst that agreement is in force.
To be fair we have had updates with regard to the long stop date extensions, and included in those updates there were comments on WS and B8 progress which would qualify as an operational update (excluding the Shallows)
I suspect the closer we get to the end of Q1, Clive will become more transparent on 'operations' and how they see CASP going forward and how they plan to deploy the soon to be received balance of cash for the Shallows
The next one or two months will fly by and you will hopefully be congratulating yourself for not pressing the 'sell' button at the ridiculously low current SP |
Not so shabby performance by our next door neighbour ;-) |
There should be an operation update every quarter. Keep shareholders in the loop |
BM
705k sells are really just 205k
250k x 2 cancelled
Part of a MM treeshake game??? |
DiplaThe next bad news and it's curtains if there is bad news I can't see it been the shellows sale surely they wouldn't drag it out this length of time to let it fall through at the last minute ( I hope) |
No, that wasn't me. Still holding in frustration |
Re frustration, join the club! There can't be anyone in here who isn't.
So none of the 705k dumped in three trades earlier, was any of yours? Apologies for assuming it was, from your post soon afterwards. |
Most buying we've had in months, maybe Wednesday rns |
