No i got small holdings in Avia, Care, Cao and Sro and most are dead, infact it's looking a bit bearish out there but Jan was my best month ever for trading so i have enough put aside for bad times.
I am thinking of adding bit here but also like Avia too and that is looking to raise funds, i hope they dont do what Care have done this week.

Could get cheaper first ryan, volume is still very low, people were piling at 3p+ the other week and now at 1.76p it's hardly being touched because of the placing news.

Rememeber this placing was purely so directors could buy big stakes ahead of all the good news, in the market they would buy little before the price took off, it was their only way, it might be wrong, the price was certainly wrong but now that it's only 15% higher to buy then the placing we can all get stock almost at the
same price providing we have spare funds.
Nothing has changed, the long term picture still says multi-bagger when more
disposals are made and more progress with APS as well.

I got a call last week offering me size at 2.5p, Friday actually, would not surprise me if the mm was already trying to sell 1.5p placing stock, somebody
in the placing is selling otherwise it would not be 1.8p offer, if you can look
at the longer term picture that price could be a really good investment.

You post some blatant lies moreforus, guess how i came across CARE, because you and topinfo were ramping it none stop on his thread, i waited until it settled
down and bought a good stake under 2.3p average, it's 1.9p bid so 10% down at the moment, hardly a disaster, i have to ask you why you continue to post lies about many other posters and invent high prices that other have ramped stocks at, the highest CARE has been since i have bought in is 3p bid and that was very recently on the positive rns.

Again why do you constantly post lies on this forum ?

Issuing options below market price triggers a tax charge. Surely placing shares at this discount should do the same? And did the Directors declare an interest and abstain when the price was agreed by the Board?

I bought in here today, i have been watching for a chance to buy in, i didn't think i would get 100k for 1.99.....i don't mind the fact they have issued shares at 1.5p most of the peeps who hold will not sell till they no this has reached it's potential, which could be anything from 10p and upwards...GLA!!
