In November last year, the group sold its German portfolio for €27.35 million, allowing it to investment in its UK healthcare development pipeline.

The group currently has developments worth a total £21.8 million, of which £14.6 million has been forward sold to investors. Today, the group said it expects to completed these developments within the next two years.

In early afternoon, shares in the company traded at 3.88 pence, up 158 percent from yesterday's close.

CareCapital now has a market cap of nearly £3 million.

Exactly, they cut off the buy limits before the close, means it could spike in
the morning though which is what we want.

Amazing what a bit of powderpuff can do! I have closed out half of my remaining position. Having already closed half at 8-9p this play has turned out surprisingly well. I will hold the remaining portion for the proton therapy potential.

Hey Frauddy - remember ALG? Back in Aug when it was 20p you were banging on about how cheap it was?

Timing boy, timing - 15p now and Guiness Peat have just cleared their load.

whatever view you take, it is an interesting technical situation, looks like PLCH acquired 2.8 million at 1.25p a few days ago after Canada Life had a clear out (why no announcement Canada Life?) don't think they have too many left - do the math!

What are you up to here, Fred? I thought that yr interest must be the Boche real estate. Yet perhaps you are a fan of mystery rays and other assorted alternative therapies....

Well, resumption without a fall in sp, which is better than expected. Perhaps we can now see some progress. The AGM on Jan 31 should be interesting.

Ominous? Yes, a bit worrying.

The RNS of 31 Aug stated both parties could rescind deal if preliminaries were not met by 31 Dec 2011.

We're not there yet - and conditions in wider world are volatile. Also, in my experience, companies tend to be over-optimistic in setting sale deadlines.

Still, be nice to have news on progress.

Presumably the accounts can't be finalised until the disposal has completed, although you would think CARE would make an announcement.
