Until they actually confirm the sales of various assets that wipes out debt completely then i guess the shares will remain undervalued.
From what the company says i estimate they could be debt free, have 3-5 mill
in the bank and a busines worth 7 million with a 29% stake in Proton Solutions,
all depends on working capital and if they can fetch the price they value those
projects in the UK.

Risk reward looks good though.

From the results the share is trading at 30% of its net asset value (as i write) which is ridiculous in my view and then there is the 28.75% shareholding in Advanced Proton solutions which could add significant value to the share price in the future!

2.8p full offer to buy now 100k max, more buys and it will move up again.

Plenty of takers for that 2.9p stock, this is the norm for this stock, when it's falling they start to bid for size and when it spikes they offer it, can see the
slack getting taken up today though.

The numbers of these valuations dwawf the market cap, they already have banked
some 27 million from sales and when more sales clear their remaining debt it looks
like there is going to be huge value in the shares at 2 mil market cap.

Of course we have the cancer treatment blockbuster, multi-bag potential stands
out here this year.

Jenny today will be a blockbuster.

CareCapital (AIM: CARE) is pleased to announce the completion of The Warrens Medical Centre in Thingwell, Wirral. The building has a gross internal floor area of 2,028 sq m with 98 parking spaces and is valued at some £5 million. It houses The West Wirral Group Practice, Wirral NHS Community Trust and a pharmacy. The centre was forward sold in November 2010 to MedicX Fund Limited, the specialist primary care infrastructure investor.

CareCapital was appointed preferred developer in early 2008 following a competitive tender advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union. A protracted planning process saw permission granted in October 2009 with construction commencing in December 2010 and completing in January 2012.

The Warrens Medical Centre formed part of the Company's medical centre development pipeline which now comprises a medical centre, pharmacy and related ancillary areas in Allesley, Coventry; a medical centre in Bishops Stortford, where construction will commence this year, and four medical centres in Wales that are part of CareCapital's joint-venture with Gaufron Healthcare, of which Buckley and Swansea will also see construction commence this year.

It is intended that the majority of these projects will be subject to forward funding and sale arrangements.

In addition, as reported in the Trading Update announced on 31 January 2012, the Group continues to investigate additional innovative, but proven, cancer treatments in addition to its 28.75% shareholding in Advanced Proton Solutions (Holdings) Ltd - the company that is pioneering the use of Proton Beam Therapy in the UK and which has secured planning approval for its first London based centre off Moorgate in the City of London, within easy access of a number of London's major hospitals.

i doubt if the day to day share price noise is relevant to anyone who is an investor - the heavy volume on the day of the AGM and Trading update when 27m shares were traded (equal to around 35% of the issued shares)and volume since, suggests that a significant number of those shares are being retained for now, meanwhile I doubt if anyone can do other than guess where the continuing and new activites will lead the company over the next months and years.....the published metrics and agm statement (which coincided with the very large traded volume day) are all there is to go on for now

Low volume small drops followed by high volume large rises, hope you have funds ready for a top up if more traders exit near the lows, i got stock at 2.13p the
other day thanks to sellers, i doubt it will get that low again but if it does i will gladly buy size.

I think yesterday was the day to get them, as soon as this stock gets buying the price races away and it's almost impossible to buy.
Still 2.6p bid is a lot better than 1.9p, i'm holding for a lot more.
