With a disposal well over 20 million scburbs i wondered why they could not
hold some of that money for working capital, i made a note of that in the header.
This is purely for the directors to line their pockets with a big stake at a cheap price nothing else, not good but very common.

Not entirely unexpected given the hash they made of the German sale, but clearly they misunderstand the concept of restoring value to shareholders! I am glad I sold half of my remaining stake after the bounce from the powderpuff RNS.

I've done a couple of nice trades in DCD this year making 100% on each+, they did a placing at 1p where directors lined their pockets at a big discount and the shareprice hit 10p this year, it wont be good today but if you can look forward
there will be money to be made.

50% dilution at 40% discount to the share price says it all. 27howard what are your thoughts on this?

I like the word "fair" in the placing price, fair is 2p not 1.5p, today will be the best chance to pick up cheap stock, i will add today, still see the multi-bag potential but agree the placing price is purely for the directors benefit.

Right, by making a large placing at the absolute bottom and well below market, the Directors have shown themselves to be typical greedy and untrustworthy.
I will be dumping my small holding in the near future

Nobody should sell this low, everytime there is news the price goes above
3pso why sell at 2.3p, this is the price i keep adding, one day the penny
will drop about how cheap this company is and then it will squabbles about
if this is going to 8p or 10p not 3p or 4p.

100k at 2.5p is a buy, had a call from my broker earlier offering me CARE
stock at 2.5p.

size at 2.55p, that's what the mm wanted and got.

They need sellers, i can get a quote to sell 250k at 2.5p, all i can buy is 5k at 2.75p.

Think the stock has unlimited potential due to the 29% stake in Proton Solutions, the stock is still valued for failure yet if they dispose the UK operations for 14.6 million as stated in header this wipes out debt completely, leaves a sound business, cash and that stake in PS, 2 million market cap currently, anything to do with cancer can have big valuations but you do the sums and this should not be trading at this price for sure.

Would be if they would let you buy, online the max buy is 1500 or £40's worth
so no wonder there is no action, until they get a sell or two they wont offer
a bean.
