Why, because people who bought on the spike dont have the patience to hold and
are selling out before their T10's expire.

Try and forget what is happening trade wise and look at the facts.

Market cap now 1.6 mil.

26 mil+ of disposals, another 15 mil scheduled for this year.

If that happens, that wipes out debt and leaves a cash balance higher than
market cap and a business valued at 7 mil and a 30% stake in a cancerbuster.

Think about that for 1.6 mil market cap.

Still being sold down, i'm holding back here because it's getting even cheaper
but i'm going to have a good chunk when i do buy, now 2.2p to buy and might even
get cheaper if more sell at 2p.

425k of sales no buys well 8k i'd say a good day, they want the stock and have
been paying premiums all day to get it, just has to clear the last of the traders from the rns spike that dont want to hold then it start climbing again.

Yet another poor day (the 5th on the trot) sees the share price is now where it was when the suspension was lifted (and there's appaently, been some good news since then).

hopefully a bit of size this time as well.

Thanks for the new thread 27howard.

Key things to look for here are:

1. Completion of the fund raising/financing for Moorgate APS development.
2. Further details on what APS is doing in the US and overall cashflow impact of the APS activities.
3. Margin being achieved on forward sold UK developments.
4. Extent of cost cutting and new level of fixed costs needing to be covered by development profits.
5. What on earth have they done with the Folkestone property! Is it just sitting there vacant and do they have any plans to realise some value?

In the past 5 trading days about 30 million shares have marked and the price has moved from 1.6p to 2.3p +44%.

The market cap is just under £1.8m at Friday's close.

Karen Bullivant to join cancer treatment services team

CareCapital (AIM: CARE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Karen Bullivant as Director of Marketing and Business Development effective full time from 1 January 2013, but part time with immediate effect. A non-Board appointment, Karen joins the team at CareCapital responsible for developing and growing the Company's cancer treatment services business.

Karen's career in strategic marketing, branding and new business development in healthcare has included working in the United States, the Middle East and Europe. She worked for Pfizer in the USA before moving to London in 2001. In the UK, she initially worked for the specialist healthcare division of Young & Rubicam before moving to Bupa where she focused on creating customised marketing solutions that achieved commercial results while retaining goals that were centred on customer and patient needs. In 2005, Karen joined The London Clinic as Marketing Director where she most recently launched its GBP90 million cancer centre with an integrated B2C and B2B campaign. Karen holds a BA in Philosophy and an MBA in Marketing.

Karen has been a Trustee of the University College London Cancer Trust since 2010 and has most recently focused, in this pro bono role, on fundraising for translational research which will create targeted and patient-tailored therapies. These new advances will someday enable clinicians to stratify patients based on the genetic profile of their individual tumours and to predict what treatment combinations will give the best patient outcome with the lowest side effects.

Look at the trade data, the bid was 2.15p all afternoon not that it matters.

Showing 2.15p bid but you can actually sell for 2.3p very short of stock.

Quiet finish but i'm sure there will be fireworks again when it starts moving
up.
