News from Capricorn is not very good with Strike price of 223p. Do shareholders have rights of not accepting the offer? Expiry date was 30th March.

With my reckoning, the average VWAP over the 5 days worked out at about 224/5, which is what people and institutions will get if they went for the basic tender. VWAP +1% works out at about 227, VWAP + 3% 331 and VWAP +5% roughly 334/5. We can only wait to see how many went for each which will determine the final strike price

Officerdigby - My MBA degree was free as my company paid full tuition at the time (in another country). People get an MBA in order to become better business decision makers. Have you tried running a P/L without one? (Do you even know what an P/L is)?? Or manage large multi million pound budgets? Or run large departments. IT really is a useful degree hence if you play your cards right, you can be an immigrant and come to the UK and rise to the top 10% of tax payers and make over £100,000 easily. Taxes here are heavy, but it all works out in the end.

Actually Nigelpm I am a shareholder with a large amount invested in ownership with the company. In life, if I thought as "small" as you do, I would never have achieved my MBA, becoming a successful executive making over £100,000 annually in London. You see, everything starts with a dream or thought. But you probably took the short bus to school when you were coming up. on the other hand .... this is still no excuse for you to be a mental midget. no offence, just keeping it real.

The close of the trading day at 2.26 I have to say a very uneventful 5 days of trading. I thought there would be some dramatic unexpected increase in price???

Tomorrow they name the strike price, will be surprised if anything above 2.27 per share.

I really hope tomorrow and the following weeks bring enough momentum
to push the price up a bit. If not I will start a petition for a "no confidence"
vote for Capricorns leadership team.

This was not transparent and unless it pushes the value of the stock up, very pointless, compared to a dividend payment. Come CNE.... your better than this.

VWAP + 5% based on the first four days is about 233. Today will make it higher. Anyway, all tenders are in.

VWAP + 5% IS NIL PREMIUM TO THE MARKET PRICE!
