Take a look at the MOU/ off take agreement and the statement regarding a high rerate potential of between 46 and 70ppsJust need some juicy RNS now and the rerate will start.

Well I'm expecting an RNS ahead of the presentation, as I think it gives the Directors some meat on the bones regarding the investor info and why Capital now is a very compelling investment. So an update on the LB group and HoT would be superb or at the very least some MOU detail...Wishful thinking or have I got this right?

Cyber.I think there's is significant value and potential here. Now the licences have been reinstated, so don't think we've heard the end of what LB plan to ensure both CMET and them make a killing. The market cap is tiny given the resource size and value. The worm will turn ... let's see.

The froth has come off, the question is whether there is a good investment underlying CMET? The announcement of the JV says that the Chinese company LB will fund all of the construction costs in return for 50% of the profits going forward, and they will offtake 100% of output at market prices (no discount). I suppose that actually means that LB will get a discount, as they will get 50% of the 'profits' to offset against their purchase price, is that correct?

If there is no construction capex required from CMET, then why would there be a need for a major placing upcoming? Sure they might need another mill or two for working capital to hire a few more people as the construction phase starts, but I don't see that as imminent, in 5-6 months maybe. The headcount in the company is very small.

The market cap at the moment at 2.5p is £7M m or so, that doesn't strike me as excessive. I'm keeping an eye out for this company. They need to complete the JV by Xmas. Alternatively LB might simply offer 12-15p to buy the company outright? That would be good value for the Chinese company I would think, at 15p the market cap would be under $60M for a project that is already planned to deliver substantial amounts of high grade sands, and could be significantly expanded in years to come.

First cashflow in Spring 2025 if all goes to plan?

Anyone would think the licences hadn't been received and the MOU with the LB Group had been cancelled.

And as for Capital neither you or me know what terms LB Group and CMET now agree to get this moving forward and fast tracking. The fact it has an MOU with one of the world's largest is hardly a negative. The trolls were knocking Oxford which at 15p looked like a poor purchase when it was at 10p... three days later at 53p my investment looked very savvy. I've took my cash and await for further news or further pullback but either way 250 percent in less than a week on that one! Have a lovely weekend

Mate.I don't care...I purchased a lot at 0.89 and 1.02 whilst it dropped to 0.80...Being up a significant amount of money into the weekend is happy days and the fact it finished at a near high bodes well for Monday.I'll then assess and evaluate whether it's overshot or has significant legs... either way the extra cash in one week in terms of portfolio increase is mouth watering. Keep bashing ... it's incredible how many you call wrong!!

Didn't you say the same about Cornerstone pal and it went from 6p to 18p and you were wrong there.Don't suppose having a highly valuable partner matters to you? Don't polish the silver just yet... you been wrong more times than I care to mention and as QBT has shown you, lots yawping only 3 days ago when the share price was 0.80 and telling me to sell... it's doubled since Tuesday.

roughandtumbleone - "This is when the market is irrational. Yesterday buys at 4.99 ahead of licence news and tomorrow’s court hearing … today licence news is positive and puts the company back on track and now the shareprice has swung from 19 percent up to now in the red!!!"

The market is not irrational. The market operates on asymmetrical information. The markets anticipated the company would retrieve its licences so the markets attention has now turned to funding. I warned you a while back the MM were forward dumping the next placing this is why the shares are tanking on news that should have put a 50% premium on the share price.

You know FA. I thought they were a rollover but not at the same price and the gap.Unlike you I have access to the trading data and they're satisfied orders and ordinary trades to boot.Change your name to Wewillwhine20 as I've been here for well over a decade and see the waif and strays arrive and disperse and your sad little life will also disappear like your counterparts.
