so they misquoted underlying pbt and profit for period
15.4, 17 to 12.8, 11.1 respectively, but dont actually point that out in the replacement, just that its 'somewhere in the table'.

We want transparency not cloudy hints please. Doesnt do you any favours.

Isn't CEY one of their main customers?

Either way - it shouldn't be affecting CAPD to this extent.

i'm in on this stock - very intersting - natural resources are big demand, espec from China - that means we need to drill!

Did u watch TV yesterday - about the Chinese in Africa - crazy, they are plundering the resources out there - copper, cobalt, oil, etc..

There is a lot of good information on various drilling techniques on Youtube.
Here is a very basic introduction.

Drilling Companies typically Provide.

Rig with drilling peripherals Drill-string (rods and pipes that advance the bit), drill-bits, crew and drilling fluids or polymers(this could be air, water & or muds).
They will typically charge for Mobilisation to site. Set-up between drilling locations, Meters drilled, core boxes if required, stand by which is beyond their control.
Other deliverables depend on the contract.
The main costs day to day will be the drilling crew, accommodation and food, fuel for rigs, drill bits, muds polymer and lubes.
To help boost profits and retain good drill crew the manager will calculate a "bit rate" that he expects to achieve prior to drill bit failure say 400 metre of core. If the driller exceeds the calculated 400m of core before the bit fails he will usually get a bit bonus for every 10% over.

Well looked on the Nov 10 presentation and they do work for CEY. But to be honest this is just one of 9 major long term clients listed. Also risk is further minimised - I don't know the detail of what CAPD provide but the rig would seem a fairly critical part of the operation and business to CAPD very unlikely to be affected.

So I bagged a few today as this has fallen quite a way now and I suspect the longer term upward trend will take effect shortly.
