They are trying to turn this ship around since last 10 years, how long more do they need. It is very clear they do not have the competency to turn this around. Its going down. This is AH performance for one year, share price down from 22p to 16p since he joined. There is high possibility that AH take this company through Administration so far his performance is pointing towards that end.

"2024 year-end net financial debt to adjusted EBITDA, pre IFRS 16, expected to be <1.0x"

So why do people think it is going down the pan please?

Disappointing RNS, gains pushed out, new efficiencies need to be proved.

HS, i know i am pulling your chain a bit but i was a long term holder of CPI, and still have an interest, i got a price i might re-enter but this is not it. if it dont get there , so be it there are other fish to fry.

Chart isnt looking great imo, could drift to low 14's yet. so much going against the market on the whole , not just CPI. Reeves has royally screwed the UK businesses so playing the waiting game here for now, i am in no rush,

Seeing the condition of UK stock market, it is very clear that Britain does not have competent brains anymore to run successful businesses. At least for the last 10 years Capita is a very obvious example of this. It seems Capita is destined to go down the drain in couple of years time. AH will win the award of taking capita into administration out of all past CEO's. Just look at the Pathetic Valuation of Capita today. This is AH one year performance

SN, scarily that is nearly word for word what i was saying to the other person here with me, you cant just keep selling anything of value, eventually you are left with a whole lot of valueless stuff that has no value and no one wants.

Seems to be a lot of focus on AI, more a tool to help the business but hard one to quantify in terms of how it's actually affecting profits. Would prefer focus to be elsewhere.

It's business as usual. You keep selling businesses to keep going !Eventually your left with the bits no one wants or the margins are to thin !! Another Thomas cook ! Huge turnover with no profit !

AH does not seem to have the mental ability to run complex business like Capita, may be he will see this company run through Administration. what has he delivered in one year since he joined. Share price down from 22p to 16p. you can see big sells coming today which indicate No Confidence in AH anymore

At least JL could actually be bothered to make a few encouraging grunts, you get nothing from AH.

Well done AH so far you have achieved 40% reduction in share price since the day you joined. This summarize your performance until now. It seems eventually AH would prove to be as useless as JL if not more.
