Absolutely. This is priced for failure not turnaround. Once penny drops yes think 50p will fall and then next target will be gap to between 80 to 100p.

Excellent results. What we have all being waiting for. Wake the sleeping giant on a gloomy market day. Hopefully rebound from here to test 50p resistance!

yesterday was awful for stocks. A June Friday sell off. Not a reflection on the individual companies per se.

Surprised any more sellers left, absolute shambles of a company. Prior to Covid, this is now down about 70% since Feb. 2020. One would thought somewhat resilient to this sort of crisis with Govt. contracts, etc., but clearly not. When you think Woodentop was a firm believer in the company prior to his demise, makes one wonder!

I have traded this twice - from 33.2 -> 44.8 and then 35.4 ->46.9

If we go down to 33 ish, I will have another go

This needs a statement about the current state of affairs, that MMC enquiry into the sale of the education software business was what set the recent rot in. Does the Dept of Trade want companies to thrive or go up in smoke. They should have looked late last year when the transaction was announced. But talk about making life difficult for a large employer of staff in this country.

lack of interest in small caps at present. Need some M&A activity to get the interest levels up. Balance sheets need to be strong enough to support share buy back programs

depends on timing and management awareness - more long term contract they sign - more chance of a take out - before contracts start delivering - BOD controls the process and determines the sweet spot

the second factor next to lt contracts - is debt duration stability

a mistake in management and the TO race is on

it is quite excel spreadsheet situation atm imho

management will be taken into the PE loop possibly - and its over like in AA.

will have a look of their backgrounds later - are they part of the fin gang ....... ?

Surprised there are any more sellers left in this, has to be a target of takeover by private equity at some point, low market cap., large debt, etc. Nothing like a bit of financial re-engineering!
