Good stuff to see RF etc paid off from cash clearing the books ahead of Atomic assets. Also interesting the comments related to Africa, looks like they're looking at assets outside of Nigeria independently of Shorecan. Hmm I wonder if the WA EOR project talked about is a solo project like Atomic deal.

Good stuff, Essar extended to April which allows them to focus on closing the Atomic deal. That couldn't have happened at a better time as the oil price is holding above $50/bbl and Art got these for just $2.18/boe! This is going to be a busy month for COPL regardless of Essar.

Art certainly knows the current positives and negatives of Oil and Gas in the US. He must have had a good idea Biden would end up as the US president.

Very true and if sleepy Joe does ban frac it will have a very positive impact on the price of WTI and on COPL's future cash flow. Completing due next month, not long to go now.

With Biden now the US president, would his stance on reducing the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the US have any problems for Atomic? Atomic do look like a company that's operations seem to be as environmentally friendly as possible for a hydrocarbon producer.

Here's some interesting numbers for you chaps. Art has managed to get these assets on the cheap paying only 2.18/boe of 2P. Never mind that oil has since risen to $53/bbl for wti and these assets only produce oil (gas reinjected etc). That works out at £48m and the cap is an astonishingly low £28m. So not only did Art get these 2P reserves at a snip they're also getting discounted on the market at present! That also doesn't take into account the current cash generated since the effective date of the acquisition. Its a crazy old market out there at present it seems.
